+ -1 moreThey began work promptly, however at the end of the job, they lied. They left about 2 LARGE truckloads of branches and timber in our front yard and said they would take it with them, but they did not. We asked several times, and were told they would take them. Now they refuse to take the piles without us paying more money. They did the exact same thing to our neighbor next door. Made promises, and once paid, did not complete the job. Watch out for these scam artists.
Description of Work: Several large trees fell in a storm and we paid to have them removed.

+ -1 moreThe tree was removed. The total price was to be $550 with $50 of it to grind the stump. The contract calls for payment upon completion of the entire job, The tree was removed and I was then pressured to pay the $500 in cash. I at first resisted and then got heavier pressure, I relented and paid the $500 . That was on 2/22/18. Bob's son Mike said they would return and grind the stump. It is now 3/14/18 and they have not returned despite 2 telephone calls.

+ -1 moreThe trees were taken down & removed, good job. When they started on the stumps, something on the grinder broke. They said they would be back. I called both numbers on the invoice at least six times, most of the time no one answered! They advertise 24/7 service...when I did reach someone I was told they would be right over! It took until the end of the month before they returned. Fortunately, I did not pay them the full amount on 3/1!
Description of Work: They took down 2 trees & removed everything. they were supposed to grind both stumps.

Description of Work: "1- they low bid and kept adding things to the tree cutting request. No changes to the formal contract were ever made or offered. I agreed these things needed to be done. However, they should have seen these things initially or offered a new formal contract. The tree cutting work was totally satisfactory. We asked for a bid on the driveway. The reason was to prevent excessive grass growing through the gravel. We thought they were going to put down a membrane, they did not. They did not level the driveway so there were areas with an inch of gravel and grass grew through it immediately and areas of 4-5 inches of gravel where gravel did not grow. We thought they were I had called their office to cancel the driveway work 2 days before the scheduled work. However,the request was ignored or missed and they showed up the next day with the gravel. We allowed them to do the work. I would not use this company again "
