Power washing was fine. However, the staining was sloppy. There were some missed spots and they also sprayed the deck stain on an area of white trim. I sent the photos to Todd Heath the owner and he said he would have his guy come back out to fix. Todd came out himself and looked at the areas and refused to fix them. He was fairly rude and told me to fix them! I paid $1600 for the deck power wash and staining and he wouldn't stand behind his sloppy work. Before this happened, I had also referred him to a friend and she said he was rude to her. Very disappointing experience and do not recommend him.

I was so very pleased with the cleaning and sealing that Todd and his crew did! The porcelain floor of my back deck was covered with a haze of white, from the adhesive used 7 years ago reacting to the weather. Rather than replace all of the tile, I took a chance and had it power washed with special cleaners. I am now content to let it go another year or two before undertaking the expensive replacement. I was so pleased that I bought new outdoor rugs for it, with the money I saved! Thanks, Todd and crew! See you next Spring!

He was really excellent and keeping me informed as to schedule and arrival. I really enjoyed his pre-walk around the house along with Q&A between the two of us. Prior to completion he showed me a couple of trouble spots and was able to remediate them before he completed his work. I will definitely be bringing him back
