We recently remodeled our bathroom and bought new faucets for the 2 sinks. Our cabinet guy (who is great at installing cabinets) said that he could install the faucets. After about a week, one of the faucets started leaking under the sink. He came back and "fixed" it and everything seemed ok. Then, this week the other sink had water in the cabinet below the sink. We decided it was time to call in a professional. "Big Daddy's" had done work for us before and we always were very pleased with his work. He found numerous problems with the way the faucets had been installed, as well as problems relating to wear and tear on pipes and valves that were 30 years old. We had a disaster waiting to happen. "Bid Daddy's" took care of all of the problems, and we should be good to go for the next 30 years. He was prompt, professional, courteous, and very reasonable. We'll always call him when we have plumbing needs.

With his friendly demeanor and attention to details, I would recommend Big Daddys Plumbing.to anyone. Big Daddys Plumbing showed up on time to replace the garbage disposal. While assessing the job under the sink, the plumber notice the hoses (Air hoses) installed by another individual did not meet code. I asked him to repair the problem. With no objections, he installed the correct hoses ensuring no leaks. He then removed and installed the new garbage disposal that I bought at Home Depot. He completed the job in an orderly fashion and cleaned up after himself. He provided a demonstration of the new features with the garbage disposal and tested the units.

Quickly and efficiently. They were patient with my questions and showed a grasp of my concerns.

You may notice that the work done by Big Daddy's Plumbing was done almost a month ago. I waited this long as work done before by two other plumbers ( not Big Daddy) leaked within days of work. I wanted to make sure it really was fixed. And it is!!! Big Daddy's slogan is "If you can't trust your Daddy, who can you trust?" The name and slogan are cute, but his work is very serious. He was very nice to talk with on the phone. Honest that he had too much work that had been scheduled for that day to be able to schedule me in for that day. Instead, he offered me the next day at a time that let me go to work and then come home to meet him. He was waiting for me as I pulled in and then went straight to work. No wasting time to run the price up. He fixed the sink where the water line had slipped out of the pull out faucet. Then he looked around and saw a drip. Sure enough, there was a leak around the drain in the other side of the kitchen sink. He fixed that quickly and then double checked to make sure nothing else was leaking. He asked if I needed anything else fixed and I asked him to look at a bathroom sink. Very quickly, he said he could and then wanted to turn off the water to the house. He explained that turning off the knobs by the sink would work too but there was a 1 in 20 chance it would cause problems and he preferred this way. Within an hour, he had fixed three problems and was cleaning up. Being an Angie's List person, he offered a $25.00 deduction on the bill of $150.00. So pleased with his work and work ethic, I paid the full price. This guy is GOLD!!! Highly recommend him and will use him again!.

Excellent. Randy and his helper showed up on a Sunday at no extra charge to replace my 11 yr old water heater. He was polite, professional, and thorough. He answered all my questions and explained how the heater works and what I should look for to avoid future problems. His price was reasonable. I'll definitely call him again for my plumbing issues.

He started earlier that morning, said it would take up to 3 days, by the following day the job was complete, and it was great, very friendly, and on time..

Called Randy late in the afternoon on the previous day and he accepted to come out first thing the next morning as there was no need for emergency service. He took all the details about our needs and stopped off first thing in morning at Lowe’s to pick-up a pair of outside (non-freeze) water faucets. He arrived on time at the promised hour and gave us a pretty accurate estimate after we both discussed all of the options available for the repairs. The work was immediately executed and very much to our satisfaction. Randy left the work areas tidy and clean. The biggest pro about this company is that the owner is willing to discuss all options and prices relative to the work requested. He is very clear as to the costs and materials he installs. He works very fast and leaves all work areas clean and tidy. We find him to be one of the best if not the best plumber we have used in the past years and highly recommend him to all other Angie’s list members

It went great! He was here exactly when he said he'd be. He quickly gave me an accurate estimate. Then completed the job promptly. I am more than satisfied! I highly recommend and I'd call him again in the future.

Both were not easy as these were replacements that weren't done very well by the previous person. Randy advised me of each situation that came up on each challenge and let me know options before proceeding. I would also point out that he is not the "cheapest" plumber out there. But the rate he charges is well worth what you get in the end. VERY professional and up front with all relevant information. I will use him again!

We have used Randy on a number of projects/plumbing needs. What a wonderful man to work with. Easy going, but responsive. He understands the word budget, but does not do shoddy or inferior work. On the contrary, his work is that of a true master craftsman. You can tell the way he fits joints, repairs walls, makes connections correctly and enjoys his work. He has worked in several homes for us and each time we thank our lucky stars to have run across him. We have not found a job dealing with water that Randy has not been able to tackle. If you want a solid, nice, reliable, responsive master craftsman to work in your home and get it right from the start...Randy is the man we recommend you call.

He arrived on time and preformed his work in a professional manner.

How often do you find a plumber that you totally trust and call back whenever you need plumbing work? This has happened to us with Big Daddy's so that we now consider him our # 1 go-to plumber. Once after making a repair and being about to leave, Randy said, " I think I can do a better job of that," and reworked something he had already done to improve it. Is this almost unheard of, or what?

This is the 3rd. time that Randy has done work for us, and each time we have been very impressed with his knowledge, skill, professionalism, honesty and friendliness. We are remodeling a bathroom, and today he installed 2 faucets, shut-off valves, p-tcaps and supply lines for us. One of the old valves was leaking slightly and had the potential for becoming a major problem. Randy replaced the valves and then installed the new faucets. He even used some parts he had that were better than those included with the new faucets. We had considered replacing the ice maker hosing on our refrigerator, but he told us the pros and cons of replacing it so that we could make an informed decision. His main concern was not in making a sale, but in helping us make a good decision. I will not hesitate to call Randy for any of our plumbing needs.

Repacking an icemaker waterline valve. We thought we had to have a leaking icemaker waterline valve replaced. Randy showed up as promised, reviewed the situation and decided that he could solve the leak with repacking the valve, saving us the need to have the drywall cut, and half of his estimated cost. Since he ad allotted himself enough time to replace the valve, he took the extra time to check out the other waterline valves in the house to ensure none were leaking, and to advise my husband on how to repack them, should it become necessary. Definitely a class act. He will be our plumber for any future needs.

He showed up on time, kept the area clean, explained the process, and charged a fair amount.
