+ -1 moreWhen system purchased, was told that dashboard controls would operate as original system had, but this was not the case. 2 of 4 controls do not work as the original system did, and although feasible that it may not, this is not what we were told when system purchased. Original installation not completed on the date planned, delaying pickup. Satellite radio antenna intermittently malfunctioned, on 2nd return tip it was replaced and now works. Minimal customer service skills: staff never identify themselves on the phone, lack of communication between staff regarding who is writing up ticket, apologies for inconveniences made by one staff member but not the one who we primarily dealt with.
