Brought my Plasma to ABEC after it stopped working and the technician quickly identified that the power supply board needed to be replaced. Prior to ordering any parts the ABEC staff called me and provided me with an estimate for the repair so that I could compare that cost against the cost of purchasing a replacement TV, and after I approved the work had the repair completed quickly. The ABEC staff was courteous and professional and made sure that I was 100 % satisfied before I left the shop. I also liked that they credited the diagnostic fee against the cost of the repairs. For my future electronic needs I will gladly utilize the services of ABEC Electronics and recommend them highly to my friends.

I had to take it back a second time because they did not do it right the first time and they did not charge me. They acknowledged that they did not resolve the problem and everything had been fine since. The staff is very good and they had the laptop for about 10 days.

We got tired of all of the many phone calls and finally relented to purchasing a new PC from them. We still have problems with the new PC in that they did not bring everything over that we wanted. We will not deal with them in the future. We have contactedd another vendor who will assist us. I do not want a call back from this Company.

I had a good experience. All of it was awesome. The guy's name was Larry Hancock and I would recommend asking for him. They were good and I would absolutely recommend them.

They ran 3 new lines, installed 2 new boxes and fished wire through strange places. They were very professional. If there became a decision point in the operation they made sure we were included to make the decision. Where we want things, what kind of things do we want in what places, those types of decisions. They dug a ditch, they installed a satellite dish, they did quite a bit of work. It all went very well, they did it all in a day. I could have contracted the work through DirectTv and gotten a better price but I don't think I would have gotten better service.

, I brought my desktop computer to their shop , as it had become unusable with repeated pop-ups. They promised it would be ready in about a week and a half. Four days later they called and said to come by and pick up the computer. He demonstrated the lack of pop-ups, and remarked that they had installed an anti pop-up program. I was more than pleased. They are honest people. In my ignorance of computers they could have easily gyped me. I have since recommended ABEC to a friend.

They were real good. They did the work quickly, and basically got back to us, and I went and picked it up. It was great.

GREAT!!! Our home security monitoring service recently sent us yet another notice of increased monthly prices so I decided we needed to look at other options. We had seen Sean's ad in the Queensmill Neighborhood Association newsletter for at least a year. He offers great pricing in that ad. The ad says he is a Queensmill resident - so he is our neighbor. We like dealing with local small businesses. So I gave him a call. Sean answered all my questions and made an appointment to come to our home. In just a few hours, he had reviewed our system, suggested upgrades, installed new equipment, shifted the monitoring, and tested the system. He was professional, personable, instructive and precise in all of his work and communication. I highly recommend ABEC Electonics to anyone needing home security monitoring services!! In our case, ABEC's price is about half of the new charge by our old company. Certainly that is a plus!! But it is Sean's knowledge, competence, honesty and integrity that impresses us the most!! Give ABEC a try!

Got nothing but a run around for weeks of missed dates, broken promises, etc. for a routine part replacement. Finally pulled the TV to take it somewhere else. (They seemed shocked.) They kept my deposit. It was worth it to unload the hassle from these guys. Frankly I think they're bunch of jerks & would recmmend staying away from them. The new place took care of it no problems.

They have always done an excellent work in our computers. They are trustworthy and I get my stuff fixed. They are not just a bunch of kids who seems to know what they are doing. They fix someone else's issues too and they go all the way to help you too if they can.

The technician Adam is excellent. He was very knowledgable and was great to work with. Sean was also most helpful. The entire process was wonderful. They even came back on separate occassions per our request because we kept thinking of new things we needed done around the house. I would use this company again and again. Our tv looks awesome and it was thanks to their suggestions on upgrading cables, etc. Sean also spent time on the phone with us helping in our new tv selection that would best fit our needs.
