They were great. He was really very professional and on time. He was very helpful. They did what they said they were going to do and they were thorough. They were proactive. The guy who came out was neat, presentable and respectful. I am still talking to them about doing the job.

Immediately returned my initial e-mail with a phone call to set up the estimate. Estimate was completed shortly after and the price agreed upon was very fair. A color consult was done less than a week later, and the paint team arrived within a few days of the color consult. They finished ahead of schedule, and they did an AMAZING job! Wow, what a fantastic experience! If you don't use this company for your painting requirements, you are missing out on a top-notch professional organization! Highly, highly, highly recommend this team!

The job went terrible. It was a bad experience.

When we first called 89 Paint for an estimate, they spent a considerable amount of time with us to determine our needs and wants for our new paint job. They made measurements and were quick to provide an estimate for the work to be done. The estimate was about $1000 less than another estimate we received and 89 Paint had agreed to do more work and were more readily available to do the job than the other company. While working, the painters were meticulous in prepping the house by filling and caulking all the cracks in our clapboards, covering all the windows, and cleaning the surfaces. They carefully scraped the peeling paint on the trim. They sprayed and rolled the clapboards. The window and door trim were painted with two coats. We had just one issue with footprints that were inadvertently left on our deck. They corrected the problem immediately and no trace was left of the footprints. This company was very professional, courteous, and hardworking in 100-degree heat. We are thrilled with the look of our "new" house and are grateful that we chose 89 Paint.

The contact person gave us an estimate and was receptive to our wishes and concerns. I can't remember the exact price, but we had several estimates and they were about the same. The company was flexible in what we wanted done, the paint to be used, and when they would do it. The painters were fast, careful, and professional. No surprises, workers arrived on time. We will use them again.

They were punctual, very polite, worked hard and responded to anything I pointed out. The clean up was not the best, but they corrected any defect that I pointed out very promptly and efficiently.

89 Paint was extremely professional throughout the quote process. They worked with me to find the right solution for me that was within my budget. I was very impressed to see them show up on time (literally to the minute) of when they said they would be there. 89 Paint was able to complete the job in half of the time estimated and within the budgeted quote. There professionalism and care of our house was outstanding. It was quite apparent that they treated our house as if it was their own. If you are looking for a quality paint service at a competitive price, I suggest 89 Paint with the highest regard. They were truly professional throughout the entire experience.

GREAT! My wife couldn't be happier! The work was started on time as planned, Ethan's crew was very considerate of our busy schedules and I felt perfectly safe in giving his crew access to our house unattended. Test patches were applied several days prior to the actual start date and approved, (one was changed and he didn't mind!). The painters took their time, and did a professional job. The crew leader even used his ladder to remove and clean a large light fixture in the foyer that we made a comment needed cleaning sometime! The clean-up was remarkable and all remaining paint was stacked neatly in the garage and labeled. I would use 89-Paint for any future projects that I might have.

They know that they are a little more expensive than others but they also deliver a high quality of service. They always seem to show up on time and just get the job done. They answer all my questions whenever I ask.
