Copper Fox Basement Solutions

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Copper Fox. They came out and fixed the foundation issues we had on our recently purchased forever home. The three man crew that installed the project were great! They communicated with us throughout the entire project and did their best to keep the mess down. They finished in the timeframe that was originally proposed and the final results were everything we were promised. We had used one of the big corporate foundation companies for some work on our last house. Even though from their reviews, we knew they were going to be quite a bit more expensive, we decided to go with them anyways because in the inspectors words “you get what you pay for” and he said if we signed up that same day he could give us a 10% discount. The initial inspection and office communication was good, but everything went downhill from there. I still get frustrated thinking about it and even more frustrated that I let myself get rushed into a decision that day. I wish I had gotten a second quote from a more family owned operation. For this project we decided to use Copper Fox for a few reason. Our inspector was awesome! He was very patient and very knowledgeable. He explained exactly what was happening with our home and that there were a few different ways to go about permanently fixing it. He worked with us too figure out what would be the best solution for us and the future of our home. Never once did we feel pressured to make a decision. The price was very affordable and he added a couple discounts even though it took a few weeks to make our decision. I would not hesitate to recommend Copper Fox to anyone who needs their services!!
