"From start to finish, my experience with Pinkney Services was excellent. My teenage son reversed my SUV into my garage wall and damaged my kitchen. They took a rather unfortunate and very stressful situation and turned it into a positive experience. They were responsive, very professional, communicative, and managed the project seamlessly within the amount allocated by my insurance company. Their workmanship is top-notch, and they paid great attention to detail. They repaired the garage and restored my kitchen to what it looks like when I first purchased it at new construction. I highly recommend Pinkney Services for any construction needs."

"Rating 2 star because quality of tiling work is decent. This company is not cheap, but overall work quality is cheap. After completing the bathroom remodel, we found the hand shower was not working. They first blamed Delta, saying it faulty. I called delta customer rep in front of him and delta pointed out the problem with installation. Cutting the new bathroom tile was expensive, so Sosa did something from the back of bathroom by cutting a drywall, and both rain/ hand shower started working. We had the feeling that something is not correct because there was not enough water pressure and water was not warm enough. And here it happened exactly after 2 months, the shower system stopped working. When I called Sosa to check what’s going on and he responded “it was working when I left” . So I had to call another agency, they cut the drywall and showed me the poor quality plumbing done by Sosa. They re-did the plumbing and shower system started working."

"My wife and I had a great experience dealing with Richards’ Homes and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest experienced builder that takes great pride in their work. We built a second home on a mountain side in Front Royal so we were not able to visit as often as we would have liked to see the progress being made. But we were always pleased with the craftsmanship and the progress when we visited. The process was smooth with just a few hiccups along the way. Mr. Richard treated my home as if it was his own making sure everything was done correctly. At times, I felt like his trades and subs often went above and beyond and gave me the best service possible. Overall, we are very pleased with the workmanship and the completed product exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you for the beautiful new home, we are very proud of it. "Absolutely terrible communication and poor workmanship. I have a contract to update my screened in porch. â 3 day jobâ started June 24 and now it is July 24. Havenâ t heard from anyone in over a week despite talking to Rob on three occasions about completing the project. Curtis stood me up for an appointment. Jay continues to ignore my communications and the original salesperson has apparently left the company. If you want a headache and a nightmarish experience by all means, otherwise, look past this company for your project needs. I take it at this point itâ s just not going to get completed."

"Chris Zoltan is the real deal. He is immensely talented and knows what he is doing. I was very nervous throughout the process. The final product by Zoltan Design was striking and distinctive. There were some glitches. For example, the dining chair heights are a bit too low for the dining table. But, overall, I love my living room and dining room space. If you are looking for inexpensive design, this is not the firm for you. Be ready to spend top dollar. If you are looking for quality, vision, and distinctiveness, than you will be satisfied with Zoltan Design."
