When I met with potential contractors I found on Angi, they all had similar estimates but I finally decided on hiring Rocco Falcone based on his knowledge and honesty of what we wanted and what would be possible. He also worked with us on bringing the estimate down a little ,since I was willing to help with the flooring and painting . From the start, Rocco was very professional, providing a contract with supplies, blueprints and payments staged at various points of completion. "I regret hiring this contractor for our sunroom project. It’s been nearly a year since we signed the first contract, and over six months since we signed the final contract. Yet, the project is still unfinished, and we are left waiting with no firm end date. From the beginning, we faced multiple issues with communication and a lack of alignment between the contractor’s understanding and our expectations. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this contractor ensure they get an itemized quote and have everything clearly written in the contract. Do not sign anything without finalized CAD designs, or at the very least, signed sketches included in the contract. We’ve also encountered many cost overruns, despite already being financially stretched. Some of these issues stemmed from incorrect measurements and we feel , we were unfairly charged for additions and removals. The contractor’s lack of professionalism, poor communication, no concrete plan , and failure to meet deadlines."
