Dealing with this company was a little chaotic and confusing. After calling, the initial survey visit was rescheduled twice, but I was happy with the assessment and Mackey was very knowledgeable and informative about what needed to be done. He told me he would call in a few days to let me know when the work would be completed. A week later, I had not heard from him, so I called back. He immediately said that they would be there the next day (a Friday). Then when I called the next afternoon to confirm the time, he told me that they were running a couple days behind and they would be out next Tuesday. Well, I wasn't in a rush, but found the switch from "we'll be out tomorrow" to "we're a couple days behind" a little strange. Then on Tuesday, I called back again...and he rescheduled for Wednesday morning. I was starting to worry that they were not coming at all, but to my surprise, they arrived on time on Wednesday morning. They did a great job trimming 3 trees for me, and cleaned up everything when they were done. I was very happy and satisfied once the work was done.

No follow up from this company. My pre-paid deal money is still stuck somewhere.

Mackey explained to me why he was making the cuts that he did and the entire has a much improved appearance with more light and an improved open feeling. He and his two workers performed the work in about 5 hours, leaving the yard clear of all debris.

It never went. And never will.

The experience started off well. After I purchased an Angies List deal, they contacted me to schedule an appointment for the estimator to come out. The estimator was there on time and provided a reasonable estimate of $615 for the small amount of work to be done in my townhouse yard. Note, because they took the initiative to contact me after I purchased the Angies List deal, I did not think to tell the esttimator that I was using a deal. After the work was done, that is when things stopped going well. First, they did not complete 2 items that I specifically asked them to do (I was not at home at the time the work was performed). Second, it was only after the work was finished that they told me that they had a minimum job size for the Angie's List deal and since I had not told the estimator that I was using a deal, that I could not use it and they expected me to pay the full amount ($615) instead of the difference between the value of the deal ($500) and the final bill ($115). When I reminded them that they contacted me and knew that I had purchased a deal, the appointment scheduler said "well, yes, I knew that you were using a deal but the estimator did not" so somehow I was at fault because she did not communicate with her estimator. I also pointed out that there was nothing in the terms and conditions printed on the Angie's List deal that specified a minimum job size. The response from Premier was "That was a mistake by Angie's List and not our fault" and again they expected me to suffer the consequences of an issue they had with Angie's List. In the end, I assumed that the deal had specified a $700 minimum, even though it was not printed on the voucher, and paid them $200. The work they did was ok for what I needed but I would not use them again simply due to their lack of professionalism and their expectation that their customers bear the brunt of their own, admitted mistakes.

I bought a deal through Angies list for the tree services. Make sure you read all the fine print. The coupon was only good for jobs over a certain dollar threshold which my job did not meet. So, in essence, I did not get a "great deal". The company came out promptly to give me a quote. The person who gave me the quote was courteous and professional. I did not realize when I purchased the deal that it was only valid for jobs over $1000. The company worked with me on this and said I could get my money back from Angie's list. They were going to come out the week after I got the quote. I was out of town that week, but they said they could do the job without my being home. They did not do the work that week. I called them when I got back but they did not return my call. I called them back a second time, but did not received a return call. After giving them a bad rating, they called back promptly. I had to ask them to come back to clean up after they left. They did that.

Before I bought the Big Deal, I called Premier and ask if this deal could be used for removing a tree and was told yes. I bought the Deal, email Premier and said I had the coupon and wanted to remove a tree. Mackie came out, gave me a price, I accepted, and we scheduled the work. The crew shpwed up as scheduled and did an excellant job removing the tree and cleaning up. I got the bill via email. Since the price was $585, I enclosed a check for $85 and the $500 coupon. I received a terse email from Mackie saying the coupon was only good for tree damage and didn't apply to tree removal and to send the full amount. I replied saying I had called first and been assured it applied, had said in my email that I needed a tree removed, and there had been no mention when he was on site that the coupon was not valid, and what was the difference between $500 in storm damage and $500 in tree removal. He has never replied. Megan of Premier emailed me to get my $250 back from Angie's List. I made a complaint via Angie's list but they were unable to get a response to my questions from Premier, but my $250 was refunded. I paid my tab at Premier but have not found a more un-trustworth firm. I did my part, they were unresponsive and unprofessional..

After scheduling he called and actually asked if he could come by earlier which pleased me. The work was done quickly, professionally, and the crew cleaned up after the work was done. I will use them again.

Premier Property services came on time and gave me a written estimate on site. They were one of four services I called for an estimate. I called two days later and they said they would get back to me, but because of the large number of trees that were down, it could be as long as a week before they could actually get the work done. Since the trees were not near the house and way in the back, I said this was OK. However, two days later, I found out that the trees had destroyed our fence, and our dogs had figured out how to get the around them and get out of the yard. I called Mackie back and explained this to him. He said he could be out the next day. He agrred to start the work and I could stop by to check and pay him, or pay later (he told me how long he expected it would take). I stopped by when he said and, as he projected, the work was done, to include hauling all the debris out of the yard and cleaning up after themselves. They did exceptional work at a good price. I would definitely hire them again.

Mackie and his crew were great. They worked hard and have great equipment that makes quick work of big jobs. Mackie has great interpersonal skills and is responsive to phone calls. He's an impressive young business man.

I bought the $250 for $500 of Tree services big deal coupon from Angie's List. When I contacted the company then then informed me they had a minimum of $1500 for tree services. If they have a minimum tree service amount they should say that in the coupon. I was going to have them trim the top of the tree and as much as they would for $500, then I was going to finish the rest. Was on a tight budget and couldn't spend the $1,500. I am getting a refund from Angie's list for the bid deal coupon.

The scheduling response was very prompt, polite, and professional. Mackie knows a lot about trees and the proper care and fertilization of plants and trees. All tree climbing was done by ropes and NOT spiking the trees with these awful climbing shoe attachments. Trees that are just being pruned and are to be kept should never be spiked while climbing, and Premier Properties Services knows this well. All work requested was performed very neatly, and a lot of care was taken to make sure that all of my trees were correctly pruned away from the house. I had a large oak tree that was dying completely removed and this was a big job. The tree removal was done with a well planned and safe approach. All tree limbs and the oak tree trunk were cut up and removed or ground to mulch in a chipper. I have some pulleys and ropes installed high in my trees for support of radio antenna wires and Mackie was happy to climb a tree and re-install the pulleys and ropes as required at no extra charge. Several trees were fertilized to assist growth. Cleanup was excellent and the team was easy to work with. Price for all work was quite fair. A great tree service company who knows what they are doing.

They did a great job! They were professional, polite, competitively priced, on time, and with in budget. We were very satisfied with the end result. Have hired Premier to maintain our lawn and landscaping year round!

They arrived on time and worked hard all day They were courteous and cleaned up afterwards. When i asked for a shrub to be pruned back even more than what was done, they did it without complaint. A job well done.

We had Premier Property Services removed a tree with some large tree limbs that were hanging over our house and could have potentially done a lot of damage, with winter right around the corner we wanted to get this taken care of. The crew showed up on time, explained everything they would do, and were even courteous to my dogs. They exceeded my expectations with a dangerous project! We have plans to remove a few more trees and do a fall clean up and mulching in the coming weeks. A+ for Premier Property Services.

We are looking forward to having them install a patio this fall.

The responded to my inquiries quickly. The prices are competitive. They're not the cheapest, but the level of professionalism is better than others we've used. The employees were always polite and careful. Sometimes we needed to reschedule appointments, but weather is always of course a factor when it comes to yard work.

Mackie was quick to respond to our inquiry, gave a fair price, worked hard to complete the project quickly, was flexible as well changed/added on to the project. We ended up doing a lot more than originally planned. Even our neighbors used them.
