Description of Work: I purchased a deal offering 3 lawn fertilizer treatments. They fertilized the lawn per the deal. I noticed that after one of the treatments large portions of my grass died. They inspected it and determined that it was likely not due to the treatment but some disease in the grass. Nonetheless they offered to come out in the fall to re-seed and treat the dead areas for no additional cost. I thought that was very professional and customer-friendly thus my A grade.

Description of Work: I bought the deal for 3 lawn applications. They were courteous, efficient and performed the first of the three treatments as promised. The other 2 treatments will be performed later in the season. My only disappointment is with the quality of the product they used as my lawn didn't green up as much as with other treatments and I have soooo many weeds.

The person in the office checked and made sure it had been done, and then gave me an additional application for free since I had to call to find out it had been done. Great service!! After the technician came out to give me an estimate he has been out a couple of times to do applications and seemed knowledgeable. I am very interested in doing the environmental, go green deal so hopefully the organic stuff will work on my lawn. I paid $200 for the actual service bet they also added on another fee for non-organic treatment of some kind.

He also responded to various subsequent emails explaining the types of organic products he offers and other non-toxic solutions for mosquito control. He arrived promptly, discussed the project with me and proceeded to spray my yard. I have since eaten outside on numerous occassions and no mosquito bites! This is a big deal as I always get bitten -- those buggers love me. His price is very competitive/fair and corresponds to the price other non-organic companies charge. This is a great alternative to those toxic fumes.
Description of Work: Sprayed my lawn using Pyrethrum, a chysanthemum based mosquito repellent, with various natural additives.
