BEWARE!!! SCHEDULING MESS, WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY AND JOB HALF DONE.

The service provided to us by Envirogrow, led by Hector, was very good. I purchased a coupon for $179 for four hours of yard work, which would have cost more otherwise. My only complaint about Envirogrow is the lack of communication between myself, the office, and the workers. The area manager listened to what I wanted done. When Hector and his team arrived, they did not touch one of the main areas I had spoken to the manager about (my main reason for hiring a company!). There is no question that I got a very good "deal", and they did a beautiful job, but I would recommend signing an itemized contract to make sure your requests are met.

It was difficult to get them scheduled, but once that happened they were punctual, professional and did a nice job.

We had some trouble scheduling this service- they decided their schedule very last minute and communication about weather and re-scheduling proved difficult. However, once the crew showed up, they really blew us away. Our yard had once been really beautifully landscaped but it changed owners and was left to become really overgrown with weeds and ivy. My husband and I both work full time and struggled to get it under control when we moved in and after two summers and non-stop weeding (which didn't really work anyway), we decided to get some help. They came in and not only pulled the weeds but they dug up and removed tons of ivy, hauled out old branches and bricks and stones, and took out all the existing leaves and debris out of all of the planting beds. When we got back, there was just nice clean dirt where a weedy nightmare has once been. I really can't believe they were able to do so much in one day and for a really reasonable price. It let us get a nice blank slate and our yard is so much more manageable now.

addressed all the issues that I outline though the only downsize was that I asked the brushes to be trimmed which it didn't. They did cleaned up the yard very nice and picked up all the branches and haul it away. I should been more clearer on the trimming probably.

Very well. Grass is growing where it wasn't before.

They did an excellent job! It took a while to get the appointment scheduled and they were behind schedule due to the multiple rain days. So it didn't occur on my time table but that's not really their fault due to the weather. The yard looks like a totally different yard - it looks great. They were also very nice, friendly, professional and punctual. I would hire them again and highly recommend them.

I never heard from them again. I called, left messages, emailed, nothing. I called and was told someone would call me and that the super nice lady did not work there anymore. No one called me back. It was now April. I called and they said, oh, we are seeding your lawn this week and they did. Weeds in full bloom. I now know I should have been told to use a weed killer to kill off the weeds before the seeding. Their invoice shows they used a full sun seed. My yard is mostly shade. I would never use or recommend them and actually think they should kill off the whole mess and do it again or refund my money.

They got right to it and did a great job. They even worked a bit longer than agreed for.

It appeared their work was well done and complete after they left last fall but the results of their work were not evident for obvious reasons requiring time for the aeration to show results. Fast forward... it is now spring 2017 and I can truly say my lawn has never looked better and the aeration has resulted in grass growing in areas I'd pretty much given up as hopeless. For reasons of price, quality of service and amazing results I will use them again. I am very satisfied!! Aertion has been the key to a thick green lawn for me this year!

It went great. They came on time, obviously knew what they were doing and completed the job in a timely and excellent manner.

I had issues with type of service provided and sent emails and phone calls to get clarification but no response to my inquiries. One side of my lawn had a huge spot where they tried to kill off the weeds - rest of lawn looked terrible - charged me for fertilizer treatments but the technician verified he never applied it- just told me it was not on his work order. So I followed up with the office but after several attempts decided they weren't worth pursuing if no one was willing to call me back.i used their service for 2 years and paid them for additional mulching and leaf cleanup services in addition to the yearly maintenance.

The crew arrived at approximately 7:15 a.m. and after having a brief conversation with me about what I needed done, they quickly got to work. They did an outstanding job! They did such a great job, I'll definitely consider Envirogrow for other yard maintenance projects I have in the future.

It was good. I was pleased with what they did.

They showed up on time and even a little sprinkle did not deter them. The foreman was friendly and managed the crew appropriately. They were quick --- about 3 hours start to finish for a job that was quite large. Removed a full dump truck of debris (leaves, sticks) from my yard.

Things could've gone a little smoother. After specifically asking Envirogrow to refrain from aerating large portions of my yard where fresh sod had just been laid a month prior, they aerated that anyway. When approaching them about it, they said the people on site didn't see any issue with the sod coming up. I asked them if it was their official stance that newly laid sod can be aerated a month after it was laid, they backed off and offered to warranty the sod for a short period of time after. I suppose as the Spring arrives (~5 months after service) we'll see how much the sod will be affected or unaffected by the aeration.

Envirogrow has pretty horrible customer service. Purchased an Aeration/Seeding deal on AL on 9/28/16. At first everything seemed great, received multiple emails from them over the next 2 days. I was then told the earliest they could come out was 10/21, almost a month later. The day finally arrived when they came out to do the aeration/seeding and lay down the compost. I thought everything was good but by 11/1 I was starting to see tiny weeds growing all over my lawn in clumps, mostly where the compost was still visible. I sent them an email and quickly received an email back that said, The compost is sterile although fertile- It is assisting the growth of the weeds. They will not hurt the young grass and can be eliminated with herbicide in the late winter or early spring." Now lets fast forward to February when I received a Proposal in the mail for lawn care for the upcoming summer. I had a few questions so I reached out to Larry C by email. A week went by with no response. So then I sent an email using the form on their web-page. Another week went by with no response. I obviously now don't want to do business with a company that can't even respond to an email, oh and I still have all those weeds from when they put down the compost in the fall.

They did a great job. One could tell they knew they had actually performed the service. The hole punctures were deep...
