Description of Work: Seeding/aeration of lawn (Angie's List special). Asked to reschedule due to forecasted heavy rains, took another 9 days for new appointment. They offered additional services, and we had them topdress the front lawn with compost. They propose 1/4 to 1/2", I don't know if they put down that much, but in the bare areas, they did ensure that the ground was covered. Some of the compost was left in clumps, I had to break them up by hand and spread. Wasn't home for the service, but could tell they aerated all of the front, side, and back yards. Front lawn looks really healthy now, and I hope it will improve even more in the spring.

Description of Work: I used an Angie's list promotional offer to have my lawn aerated and seeded. Three workers in a truck with equipment showed up early on the scheduled day. They did a great job taking about 75 minutes to complete the job. Noting that my lawn was covered with leaves, one of the men first spent about 20 minutes with a power blower clearing the leaves off the lawn. The only surprise was that the company later billed me an additional charge for the leaf blowing...fair enough, but the fact there would be an extra charge was never communicated to me by the men who did the work. This was probably a communications problem because two of the men spoke no English and the "lead" worker barely so. However, after receiving the bill in the mail, I called the company and spoke with "Jack." He apologized for the lack of communication on the day the work was done and waived the extra charge for leaf blowing. Bravo!

Description of Work: I asked them to clean weeds and small trees from my backyard and my front yard. They did an excellent job and cleaned up their work thoroughly.

Description of Work: Bought the $149 Angie's List aeration & over-seed pkg. Decided to have them apply lime ($70); starter fertilizer ($39) and lawn top dressing ($385). Took about a week for the "manure smell" of the top dressing to dissipate, but the lawn loved it.

Description of Work: They did a $149 special offer which included aerating and over seeding (front and back yard). For an extra $120 I opted to also have lime and fertilizer spread over the entire yard. They did a great job. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards (used the blower to remove excess fertilizer/lime etc from the sidewalk and driveway, as well as cleaning off the back patio.) Two persons completed the entire job surprisingly fast.

Description of Work: They clean and trim the trees in my yard. They took a little more than four hours I wish they would have pointed that out to me before starting the job.

Description of Work: The company sent out a great crew they cleared my back hill and trimmed bushes and bagged up everything exactly as I wanted. The day they came it rained, they started the work but had to quit and they came back the very next day to complete the job. This is a spot on company!

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's Deal for 4 hrs of yard work for $169. The two men who came out did an incredible job weeding and cleaning up my front and side yards. Their work was done so well that my husband wanted the same company to mulch our front and side yards and the large hillside behind our house. We agreed to an additional $750 to have that work done. They removed any weeds that had regrown since everything had been weeded, collected all of the leaves and then applied 2" of mulch under all of the bushes and trees and around all plantings. They also edged the beds and front lawn. The work was very well done.

Description of Work: They did everything I asked initially, but I was unaware that the labor |cost was greater than my $169 payment. I am not altogether unhappy that |I owe $126 more, but didn't expect the additional cost.

Description of Work: Good crew. Showed up on time and finished the designated area cleanly and quickly. I was so impressed, that I had them do another area for the same hourly rate.

Description of Work: I signed up for the special of 4 hours of yard work, and requested that they weed and clean up the pathway and beds surrounding the house. I had had a losing battle against the weeds throughout the summer- I spent weeks and weeks weeding in the evenings. In 4 hours they did a fantastic job. It's the best our yard has looked this year. I was so pleased I hired them to do our mulch, and again the team they sent out were super professional , thorough, and top notch. We were very very pleased.

Description of Work: $169.00 for Four huors of Yard Clean-Up Deal. I had the guys remove over-grown vines from a chainlink fence. They gave me a full four hours of work. I was pleased with the results. The scheduling was a little slow and they were about half an hour late but still a very positive experience.

Description of Work: They handle all of my lawn and landscaping work. They are OK - my lawn doesn't look amazing, but they are reasonably priced compared to Wheats.
