Description of Work: The problem I had with them was that they never contacted me and still haven't to this day. I put down three dates that I'd like them to come and they just showed up on a day that I never specified that was an inconvenience. They were supposed to aerate and do over-seeding, but I'm not exactly sure about the over-seeding. Their customer service and communication abilities is something to be desired. I will NOT use them again. In fact, I was looking for someone to do lawn care on a regular basis and hoping after they came I would be able to use them permanently, but that was not the case with them. Good luck to who ever uses them.

Description of Work: Very satisfied! Scheduling took a bit longer than expected -- rain kept delaying the job. But once here, the two-man crew got right to work and exceeded my expectations. Yard looks great, would use again.

Description of Work: They came on time and spread the mulch. The quality of the mulch was good and I liked their work. |Sending a check for the additional work for $199, I asked them to send me a receipt. I am still waiting for it. That is the reason why the Responsiveness is B. Overall, they were good.

Description of Work: Bought a deal through Angies list for 25 bags of mulch to be delivered. The auto-scheduling feature worked well, where I included preferred dates and then received a quick email back from the provider confirming my first choice date. Things broke down from there. |I received a call the afternoon prior to the scheduled service, saying they needed to cancel because rain was expected the next day. Ok ... |Given my work shedule, I couldn't reschedule it for another two weeks, and even that required that I move an existing work meeting. OK fine. |On the day of service when the 1-hour arrival window that I was given fo had passed I called and was told the crew was in traffic and wouldn't be able to get to me for another hour. OK.... |Two hours after that there was still no arrival, I called back and told them at that point it was too late for anyone to show up and begin working, because I needed to be somewere else in two hours, so I wanted to cancel the service altogether. The person I spoke with convinced me not to cancel and said they could come at some point the next day, Saturday. I told her I couldn't just wait around all day, I had other things I needed to take care of, and she said the crew foreman could call me when they were on their way so that I'd have enough time to get back home. OK ... |Saturday came and went and I never heard back from the company. It was notable that through all of these interactions with them, no one I spoke with ever said "I'm sorry." or "I apologize for this inconvenience." Not once. |I'm probably most annoyed that there were several different companies offering various deals on mulch delivery and landscaping during this time. I picked the wrong company and now I've missed out.

Description of Work: Brought 25 bags of mulch and spread every bag.

Description of Work: They advised me that they would NOT honor the Big Deal for work in DC where I needed the help, unless I paid a $150 premium and I refused.

Description of Work: Envirogrow aerated and overseeded our lawn. The service performed was good. They were not as responsive via email as I would have liked (one of my emails went entirely unanswered). This may have been caused by confusion with us communicating both via email and Angie's Mail. | |The crew that came out did a good job and worked quickly. The only problem we had with the service was that, for language barrier reasons, the crew wasn't able to answer my wife's questions about what kind of seed was being used or how much an application of organic compost would cost.

Description of Work: They did a tremendous amount around the yard. They clean and trimmed all the hedges in both the front and back yard and just cleaned up the entire yard.

Description of Work: Collected the leaves in my yard and cleaned off my yard.

Description of Work: Clean-up of leaves from the yard via a vacuum truck and removal of other yard debris.

Description of Work: I wanted them to cut down as much vegetation and as many saplings possible during the 4-man-hours advertised and put same in the front yard for yard waste pick-up. The job they did was amazing and gave me a great head start for spring gardening!
