Description of Work: I bought their deal to aerate and overseed the lawn. They stood me up twice and their communication was very poor. It wasn't until I called their number and complained (to the person who happened to be the owner I think) that they sent someone over to do the job. | |Even though the scheduling and communication were terrible, the two people who came to do the job were good and did a nice job.

Description of Work: I purchased the spring yard clean-up service from Envirogrow and then purchased mulch and install for an additional fee. Both services were done well and I am pleased with the outcome. I feel that the value is very good compared to other quotes I received and what my neighbors were paying for similar services. The only negative comment I have is their responsiveness. I was never contacted after purchasing the Angie's List deal and I had to stay on top of them to make sure I was confirmed on their schedule and the work was completed during an appropriate time frame. That being said, the value is good and I would use them again.

Description of Work: A team of 4 came to remove all the leaves from my front yard, trim all the perennial grasses down, and cut away all the vines attacking the 20 ft holly-like tree and our house. They did all this in about an hour. This was an amazing deal to me. I was so thankful when at the end, they decided to take all the tree limbs that were piled up in my side yard! All my debris filled their dump truck, mostly leaves and vines. I usually do all this work myself, but I knew it would be difficult for me being mid-pregnancy.

Description of Work: This company is impressive and I continue to be pleased with their work. The team was working hard the entire time, putting in 2 new flower beds, edging, mulching and raking.

Scheduling and communication left a bit to be desired, and I heard exactly nothing from the company on the back end of the service. It appeared to me that the job was done as quickly as possible, without a great deal of regard for the quality of coverage of the aeration or the overseeding. Total overall grade, B-

Description of Work: Mulched the front and rear beds; cleared out old stems and dead plants. Awesome job!!

Description of Work: Delivered and spread mulch in flower beds - went great. Small glitch in the type of mulch we wanted - it was immediately corrected - great company.

Description of Work: They removed monkey grass that had spread into a garden. They did a great job & even told us what to use to stop it from spreading.

Description of Work: They offered a very good price on mulch. They came on time and spread the mulch. I realized it was not as much as we needed. Their follow up price for the same amount of mulch was much higher so the Angie's List was a good deal. The mulch was put down properly. I have had more weeds in it than I would have liked but that frequently happens with bulk mulch.

Description of Work: Unfortunately, communication with the office and scheduling, leave a lot to be desired. Call-backs were promised and not returned. We were told workers would arrive on a certain day (we made arrangements to be at home) but they did not show up. Contacting the office to report the absence was ignored. The next day, three workers showed up, unannounced to do the yard work. Only one spoke some English, but they were very polite and did do excellent work. We had hoped to contract the firm to do all our summer yard work, but decided not to have the hassle.

Description of Work: They cleaned up a half an acre of property that had been neglected for 5 years. It was amazing what beauty they accomplished in one day's work.

Description of Work: Removed leaves from back and side yards. Lots of shrubs. Didn't see a single leaf remaining. Great job!
