Description of Work: Aeration and overseeding. Overall a good job. Two things would have given them an A grade. 1. Put up stakes and tape around the yard indicating that new grass seed had been spread (to keep people off of the area). 2. Provide cost estimate as requested for additional work of fertilizing, spreading lime, etc. My grade for what they did B-. Thank goodness it rained the entire week after they did the work.

Description of Work: Foreman for project did not inform me that there would be additional charge because of the size of my yard, so I got an additional bill a month later. Honestly, the price was quite reasonable, so I didn't mind paying it. CEO was professional and apologetic for miscommunication.
