Description of Work: Yard clean up. 1/2 acre. Lots of trees. Burris patio. Buried AC. Every leaf gone, and even the ones uphill in the woods were taken away so they won't blow into the yard. Everything hauled away. Awesome job!

Description of Work: They were responsive at first, but didn't do a through job. They scheduled to come out and remedy the problem, but they didn't do the job on that day. I had raked in anticipation of the visit. After I called again they came out and had to blow away the leaves before applying grass seed. As of today, I do not see any indication of growth. I think that to remedy the situation, they will have to come out in the Spring to reapply grass seed.

Description of Work: The scheduling was the main problem, due to coordination of grass cutting and weather delays, it took over 3 weeks from purchasing the service until actually completing the service. The administrative staff was very professional throughout, so I would use the service again.

Description of Work: They aerated and over-seeded. In fairness, the area is shaded and at the time the leaves were just getting ready to fall. It was also dry for about a week. I would probably give them another chance in the Spring.

Description of Work: It took some time to get a date they could come. The date provided was 11/10/15. I worked from home so I could be here and at 11:40 am I get an email, not a phone call, that they were not coming today because of weather. They offered to come tomorrow (pending weather I suppose) but I cannot WFH. If I can make arrangements to be here, I expect the company doing the work to be more customer service oriented.

Description of Work: Due to weather, we requested a date change which was OK with provider. On new date, for some reason we were not on their work schedule. We agreed to a follow up on the following day. Came during AM as agreed. Service took about 45 minutes. So far, can't see the benefit of the aeration and seeding...maybe with time.
