The were very responsive, the work completed as prommised, so far so good! We will see as the seeds start to germinate.

All went really well, the grass is growing. The compost could have been finer, but it will still provide nourishment to the soil.

The crew arrived when scheduled and, after the crew chief determined the work required, went to work with skill, determination and professionalism. We were greatly pleased with the results, which included a spotless clean up. I can truthfully admit I could not have done a better job myself.

My yard was neglected all summer and overrun with weeds. Envirogrow removed all the mess, including invasive vines that were growing up and over window screens. I was very impressed with their thoroughness and speed. They also trimmed tall hollies and removed low branches from a maple tree. All in 7.5 work hours! Outstanding job!

Scheduling and communications could be improved, even after 3 years contracting with Envirogrow. However, when problems or concerns have arisen, an email to the President/Owner Chris Hunt gets them resolved quickly.

Perfectly. First the manager of my area came out to see exactly how much work was needed. Then on the appointed work day the workers arrived. I talked with their head man and explained exactly what I needed done, as well as the priorities. It mainly involved weeding in a large heavily planted area, part of which was terraced, some raking around bushes, and ivy trimming. They finished that and more, very quickly and thoroughly, also blowing debris from stone paths as well as patio and deck!! I loved the fact that they really knew which were weeds and which were plants in very dense areas. Before they left, they removed and took away all the weeds, sticks, ivy trimmings, etc. and left everything beautifully clean. I would highly recommend this company for any kind of lawn, garden, trimming, etc. need.

Complete morons. Trimmed a few hedges. Did not talk to me , just came out and did CRAP.

On the appointed day, the aeration and seeding was done, but the mulch was not added. Upon communication with the services secretary (about a week of electronic comms), and then following a home visit by the manager (who came, but only after reaching out to the secretary again during a two week period), then the workers returned to lay the mulch. The jobs were all done well, and my yard is rather difficult with the slopes of the lawn, etc. I was not home for any of the 3 visits.

Good work - very professional workers. Arranging the service was more difficult than I would have liked but ultimately I was happy with the work they did.

Well. The lawn showed improvement in the months following. I would have also ordered the fertilizer add-on if it wasn't cost prohibitive for me.

Great. They show up when they say they will and do the job efficiently.

They actually came 2 days earlier than scheduled, which was a pleasant surprise. We discussed what I wanted them to do and the work crew leader suggested some other items as we were walking around the yard, which I appreciated. They were able to accomplish all the work within the 4 hour time frame (I purchased a Big Deal) and was pleased with the work.

The services were pretty well performed and I would use them again. I don't think they did an actual 6 hours of work, more like 3 to 4 but I was happy enough with the results. Their scheduler was a bit rude when I initially called (after mentioning the Angie's list offer), but I picked up the offer to get my yard done not have a great phone call. Definitely not an "A" worthy firm though so be prepared for some rough edges here.

The provider has misleading advertisement. The $330 for 6 labor hours by a 3 person crew. Both I and my husband expected that to be 18 man hours of yard work. We thought the deal was great, maybe a little bit on the cheaper side but what we actually got was a 5 person crew that quickly went through and did only part of the work. They said they were done after working for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Upon calling the owner/manager, the response was that "labor hours" advertised were not man hours so they would continue working if we paid them $55/hour!! I see this as intentional use of words to attract customers to a bad deal. I will **NEVER** be using them again!!!

They were on time, responsive to my requests, and they did a good job.
