Description of Work: We ordered the four hour clean-up deal with a discount for additional hours. I asked for the team of 3 workers to stay for a whole day and bring a dump truck to clear the brush from my 3/4-acre yard. I emphasized that my main goal was to clear the area around my very large wooden fence so that we could stain it. They scheduled for a Wednesday, then they said they had to switch to Friday since we needed them for a whole day and they had other smaller jobs from other special offers. I said fine, I was off work Friday to take my husband to an appointment. Friday came and no workers, so I had to call. It turned out they had e-mailed my office Friday morning that they were rescheduling to Monday, and they also had the wrong number for my cellphone. So they did apologize and sent out some supervisors to see what I needed, but the workers did not come till Monday. I was concerned about timing because of trying to work in staining my fence on dry weekends, so the delay really bothered me. The yard inside the fence and the front yard were vastly improved, and I know they did a lot of work, but we finally had to hire somebody to stain the fence and the fence people said they had to cut a lot of brush outside the fence. So, I think with all the delays, my original message that the goal was to clean the area along the fence so that we could stain it, and then do whatever else they could get done the rest of the day, got lost. But now that is all done and the yard should look good until May starts to bring back the wild look. The price was good for the amount of work, but we have some people in the tree business who have cleared our lot for us in the past in addition to cutting down dead trees, and they are much easier to schedule and understand what I need, so I probably should stick with them. But I couldn't pass up a deal when I needed it.

Description of Work: They were great getting things set up on the phone. The Deal I'd purchased was for 4 hours of yard work for $179. I also purchased mulch from them at an additional cost. The two people who did the work were personable and very efficient. We have a small garden area around the perimeter of our patio that was heavily overgrown and the bushes were old and woody. They pulled up the weeds and plants we wanted removed packaged them up and removed them. They cleaned up garden, removing debris and filling any holes, and then spread the mulch - using an over-winter type that looks nice and preps the soil for spring planting. Finally, they cleaned up the brick patio then checked to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I was very satisfied with the job done and plan to use them again in spring to re-mulch around the new plantings.

Description of Work: This provider performed leaf removal and mulching. I had to change dates a couple of times without problem. They arrived on the date agreed upon and thoroughly removed the leaves in my yard, bagged them and deposited them curbside. They applied the mulch in the prescribed area professionally and attractively. I would recommend their services to others.
