Description of Work: The workman arrived early which was great. Aerating was through and likely would use them again for this service. Need to wait til spring to comment on the quality of the overseeding service.

Description of Work: The final product was great. Our grass looked really nice and green. However, we did pay for additional services other than the Angie's List deal we purchased to get these results. There was some back and forth initially to get an estimate on the additional work. There also was some confusion with billing because two separate invoices were created. This was easily resolved. Overall we were very pleased.

Description of Work: I was not at home when they arrived (3 men) to rake the leaves. They were to blow the leaves in the woods, so no bagging was involved. They did not finish and called to say they needed one more hour at $45 a person to finish the job...an extra $135. I normally pay $225 to $250 to have my leaves raked.

Description of Work: The crew did a great job, worked 100% of the two hours I had them, were knowledgeable, and responsive to my specific requests.

Description of Work: Pickup and removed leaves. Work was performed as expected.

Description of Work: I used the $169 special but we have a large yard and I wanted several things done so it was more money. Because of all of the work I requested, I wanted more personal service as I had several questions and needed to do some work on my own to prepare. The coordinator was not responsive so I had to call the owner. I discussed what I needed with him. I later requested a change of date but was told it was not possible and they gave me the date they would be there. As they actually came a day early, I did not have a chance to clear an area of the yard, so small part of the grounds could not be serviced. In walking my yard that evening, it was evident that some of the work which I discussed with the owner had not been done. The coordinator looked into it. They had to come out later and complete the work. They came out a third time to ensure they put down the correct grass seed. So, in the end, I felt they totally stood behind their service and were very prompt in fixing their errors and making sure they got it right. Would I use them again? Yes. The company got great reviews from others. I think it was one of those cases when everything just seemed to go wrong.

Description of Work: They perform the service on a day when it rained which caused some of the topsoil application and variation to form large clumps of hard mud. They also perform the full services on more than half of my neighbor's lawn by mistake.
