Very easy to plan?they were done quickly and the work was amazing. We are seriously considering hiring them every year.

Purchased a big deal, $169 for Four Hours of Yard Clean-Up. I scheduled for a Thursday, a couple of days before the appointment they e-mailed me that the crew would be coming out on Friday, and then they showed up on Thursday instead. So scheduling hassle aside, they did a great job of cleaning up our yard and trimming the bushes for winter.

We are very satisfied with Envirogrow. We have been a customer for years, and our lawn looks great due to their care.

They did a good job. Three employees came out about 3 weeks ago. They showed up on time and did the work. Everything was as advertised. They aerated and over seeded part of my lawn.

I bought the Angie's List Big Deal offer for four hours of yardwork. The company sent three workers who worked for an hour and 20 minutes each, totaling 4 man hours of work. The three of them transformed the back yard which had not had much maintenance done on it in several years, including weeding, trimming, edging, digging up bushes, dealing with poison ivy, etc. And they managed to make improvements on the fronts and side of the house also, which was an unexpected surprise. Based on the amount of work needed in the back, I didn't imagine they'd have time left for anything else.

Took them all day with many breaks. They did a good job though.

Great job. Did all the weeds and discussed any areas that needed my attention well.

I purchased a "Deal" for aeration and overseeding of my lawn on 10/17/14 and agreed upon a date for the service; a Friday. The crew showed up promptly but did not have supplies to fertilize, lime and mulch the property; which I didn't know when I made the initial purchase, was strongly recommended. They called their boss, we spoke and it was agreed that they would come back the next day with the needed supplies. We also agreed upon a price for those additional services. As they were leaving I remembered I would be out of town for a week and unable to water the lawn, so I called the office and left a message for them to call me and reschedule. The next morning (Saturday) they came at 8:00 a.m. and started to aerate the lawn. Apparently while services are performed on weekends, no one was in the office to receive my message and redirect the crew. They had already started to aerate the lawn which I asked them to stop. I explained my upcoming absence and also my desire to get a price on filling in a large bald spot in my backyard with topsoil. They said they would have the main office call and reschedule and provide an estimate on the topsoil. One week later (again a Saturday) we were out of state and my next door neighbor called stating that a crew was spreading foul-smelling mulch on the yard and asking whether we expected them to be there during our absence. I asked to speak to the crew foreman who said all of the work was completed. I told him that I had not scheduled the work and was waiting on a call from the office regarding a topsoil estimate so the seed would not be applied without soil to a large bald area in the back yard. He was very polite and apologetic (as all Envirogrow personnel have been) but said that the work was done. When we returned home I walked the lawn to examine the work that was done and called the office. It seemed that portions of the lawn had not been aerated and lacked (at least) mulch, if not fertilizer and lime. They apologized and said they would send a foreman to examine the lawn the next day. He came out when we were gone, but called explaining that everything looked good as he had fixed some bare spots. When we returned home, I again examined the back and side yards. There was evidence of mulching, but none of aeration, lime or fertilizer. I e-mailed Chris at Envirogrow and explained the situation. He called me the next morning and sent a crew the next day who did an excellent job. They were prompt, polite and worked very hard to correct the shortcomings I had called the office about. I would give Envirogrow an "A" for politeness, customer service, responsiveness and the ultimate quality of the outcome on a difficult lawn. At least in our situation, there was poor communication (particularly in passing on my messages) and there was no way for us as weekend customers to access the office or a supervisor. It would have been good to know (in advance of the truck arriving) that lime, fertilizer and mulch are all recommended when a lawn is overseeded, that these are additional cost items and what those costs would be. Also, it would be nice if the company gave homeowners a printed sheet on how to water and care for a newly seeded lawn and to expect some rather foul odors from the organic mulch (manure) that they use on the lawn. I gave Envirogrow a "B" overall based on the final outcome.

The owner asserts that he treated my lot (patch of grass) instead of my sons place on or about the 15th of October. He treated the wrong lot. He was never authorized to be on my property. He never set up an appointment with me. I want him to treat my son’s property. He needs to make it right. He labeled me as hostile and angry, although he was very aggressive and defensive. He has agreed to come to my property on Wednesday morning. I don’t want him here. He needs to go to the correct property and treat that.

Scheduled quickly. Arrived on time. Did a thorough professional job.

The crew was friendly and efficient and performed the job to my satisfaction.

They did well. I had to provide some direction to the workers, as some of what I had specifically requested before they showed up was not being done in the manner requested. I was glad I was home while they were working so I could ensure they completed things as requested. Had I not been home to provide comment, they would not have been rated as highly as they were. The only reason I rated Professionalism as a "B" is because I had to "chase" them on doing a couple of things I had requested. Otherwise, all good. I was impressed that the owner/manager was willing to come by before the work was done to assess the scope of work. That was most helpful and good customer-relations.

Service was not rendered, failed to show up, the time for ariation has expired for the area.

They provided the service as described. However, they also removed my side gate door by pulling the pins on the hinges and taking the door off. They did not replace the pins when they left, the door fell off and my dog ran away. Luckily we found her. They could have simply knocked on the door and asked us to open the gate, as we were home. Completely unprofessional, and I will no be using them again.

I cannot rave enough about the quality of work that Envirogrow provided. I was inadvertently out when they came and despite my inability to review all the details with them firsthand, they went above and beyond anyway. I am so impressed by how much they did to my yard in the 4 man-hour time span and thankful for the very high quality of work. They ripped out a ton of ivy that had taken over our privacy fence, and even weeded and trimmed around trees that I hadn't mentioned that needed work. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be calling them again. I love looking at my backyard!

Excellent work! Workmen did a superb job without supervision. I was immediately advised that the job would last longer and information was accurate. Very pleased!

Great. Arrived on time, and they would have done whatever I needed done in the yard but 2 hours with 2 guys they can only do so much. Very pleased.

Good. they were both communicative, reasonably priced, and did what they said they would do in a clear and concise fashion.

We have been customers for 3 years and have been happy with their services and price. They are responsive when we need one-off services and always notify us a day or two before their team is coming out to do an application.

It went as planned and they performed when they said they would. It was done professionally. I would use again.

Great! Crew was a bit late but everything else was super. English speaking crew lead walked around with me and we agreed to what needed to be done. And then they did it-- and even some extra stuff I hadn't mentioned (e.g., low hanging tree branch removed.) Couldn't have been more satisfied. No attempt to upgrade deal either -- I've had that happen with others. Will continue to use Environgrow.

These folks were great! From a very quick confirmation email, to on-time arrival and staying for the allotted time, they were wonderful! I was preparing my home for sale and had them trim back well overgrown shrubs, clean up under the trees and shrubs. They were professional, nice and did a great job!
