I would use them again.We had some difficulty get a day for them to work because of the weather. My only complaint was with the office staff that did not alert me that they were not coming on the originally scheduled day. However, when I contacted the foreman the situation was corrected. When the day arrived the team arrived as scheduled and set to work immediately. They worked fast and efficiently. They were able to accomplish more than I expected. The yard looks great!

The service went very well. I needed a lot of things done with the yard. The staff worked for about an hour and 15 minutes before I got a call from the home office to let me know if I wanted them out for longer I would have to pay additional. I chose to not pay anything extra for additional work. The staff did a great job and I was very pleased. I no problem scheduling the deal.

The actual service was fine and professionally performed. Getting there was the problem. After purchasing the service, Ihad to wait a week before they contacted me. They told me that the service was scheduled for the 24th of March. After waiting at home all morning, I emailed the scheduler and she said they would arrive between 2 and 4 PM, At 5 PM I inquired again as to whether they were coming. No answer! the next day I called and emailed but received no response to either my voice mail or the email. Same thing the next day. Finally late on Friday the 27th, I was notified that they would come on Monday the 30th. The two man crew arrived about 1015 on that Monday and quickly and efficiently performed the contracted lawn service. Interestingly, when they finished, they departed without so much as a word of notice. Hence, I was not asked to sign an invoice and/or receipt regarding the acknowledging completion of the contract. Bottom line: the workers were great, the scheduling not so good.

It was fantastic. They were very communicative, and we coordinated a date for leaf removal services very quickly. They arrived on time, did all of the work, and removed the leaves within the specified amount of time. They were fast and thorough. We live in an area with many old oaks and large trees, and they got all of the leaves up. We will definitely be using them again.

The provider followed up the purchase within a couple of days, clearly reiterating the terms of the purchase and clearly specifying what additional services could be provided and at what cost. They discussed scheduling and provided good contact information. We had a subsequent exchange of emails where I indicated I did not want any of the extra services, as I expected to do some of them myself, we agreed on a service date and they provided what they promised. A neat job exactly as we sought.

Can’t come out till over two weeks from now, and I need it done before that. Also, it's been difficult to get in contact with them.

I've been using them for the last 3 years. They are full service, they do yard clean up, they do landscaping and lawn mowing. I kept using them because they do a very very good job, they show up exactly when they say they're going to show up and they fairly price for the work that they do.

They did an excellent job. 2 guys showed up right on time and got to work. They made the yard pristine.

The service turned out great. They did a good job. I did pay $50 more so that they used their vacuum thing instead of bagging all the leaves. They used the vacuum to make sure to stick within our window because it would take longer for them to bag them. They were very efficient. They showed up and got right to work. They did a good job. It kind of took a while for them to get the appointment settled down.

They keep emailing, stating that I owe them $50 for the service, but I advise them each time that I already paid through Angie's List.

They did a great job - prompt and efficient. The crew removed leaves from the lawn and garden areas that are the most difficult for me to get into. I had a special price deal from Angie's List and paid $50 extra to have leaves physically removed from the property (vacuumed up by their truck) which was well worth it.

Everything went fine! Scheduling was good. There were three guys that came for our large yard with lots of trees. We have massive amounts of leaves! They blew out the trees and vacuumed up the leaves but it took most the time. Because there were three guys, there was less time involved, but it was really clear in their information on the deal.

They were responsive and timely. Did a great job.

They sent someone out to do the work without even telling me they were coming. My mother chased them off. When we contacted them, they said they didn't send anyone out yet and they were getting around to scheduling us. We had another project going on at the house which would have been in the way of getting this work done. They eventually sent someone out and did the work but I didn't know they were coming. In the end it turned out ok. It didn't interfere with my other project but I was really disappointed with the lack of communication with this company.

A whole bunch of them came and they did a good job. They were efficient. I live in a Townhouse and have small backyard. They pulled all the weeds and trimmed around all the bricks and patio. They cut a little bit off a tree and said they don't do trees over 7 feet but they did trim it a little bit. I thought it was a little pricey for the size and amount of work that needed done.

They managed to do everything on my list (which I was not sure they would have time to do) and everything looked great.

Scheduling was fine. Our yard was larger than what was covered by the deal and there were additional costs that were about double the price of deal. We were not too pleased with the additional costs, but we did go along with it. They covered the additional costs within the fine print, but it was not clearly stated and could have been broken down a bit more. Overall, they completed the job and it was fine.

They came pretty quickly, cleaned the yard and then they sent in a truck to vacuum the weeds and they came the same day I scheduled them.

The service went on very well. We have no complaints at all. There was a crew which came for the lawn work and the lawn looks great. No qualms at all. Their responsiveness and the ability to agree on a mutual day was fairly easy. They were very accommodating.

The deal I purchased did not cover the entire yard, but at least they blew the remaining leaves into one corner of the yard. I wish they would have called with an offer to finish the job; otherwise, service was great! I would use them again.

It turned out very well. For the number of hours that I bought, since I have a small front yard, and a small back yard, they were able to do my entire fall lawn maintenance. They did a really nice job of it. I was really pleased. It's work that I normally do myself, but I have a shoulder problem this fall. With the addition of the reasonable extra price for the mulch, I got my whole yard done for the fall. I had to pay a little extra to actually buy the mulch. They did do leaf removal, but I live in an area where leaf removal is not a big deal. There aren't a lot of big trees around.

It was two men for two hours. They did a really nice job. I was really happy. They were pleasant, polite and very professional. They got done in a reasonable amount of time. They cleaned up. I thought it was pretty well done. They just did the shrubs on the side of the house. Maybe there were some other things I could have asked them to do, I didn't think of that. I probably was working form home when they did it so I probably was kind of busy. I give them high marks though. The two individuals who actually came out to do the work, I thought they were friendly and flexible. They want to know what I wanted. I was very pleased. They were right on time. I would definitely use them again.

My experience with them was good. It worked fine. They did a good job. They got it clean.

It went great. They weren't pushy about the bill, I actually had to call twice to remind him to send it to me (took about 6 weeks).
