It went fine, they did a nice job. I would say the experience was good. I had a little trouble in the beginning getting the date I wanted. We had a little bit of a mix up and that might have been my fault too so I wouldn't hold that against them. They worked very hard and they couldn't have been any nicer and worked any harder. We were very pleased with them. There were 2 of them and they both worked very hard and were very nice men. We were pleased with the company. The men's responsiveness was fantastic.

It took a little while to get set up but they kept me informed of schedule changes (due to weather) and were polite. The work they did looks great and the mulch is very nice. It was a very good deal.

This was for a house that we rent and started out as an Angie's list Big Deal. I knew when I called that the lawn was larger than the area covered in the deal and that the lawn hadn't had any attention other than mowing for some time. They were great and worked with me to put together the best package they could for our budget. I wasn't there when they provided service, but my husband just went out to the house and said they evidently did an amazing job because the lawn looks fabulous! Thanks Envirogrow.

It went very well, they were here on time. They seemed to have enough people to do the job efficiently.

We were on vacation at the time, but we coordinate the service via email. When we got home the aeration and seeding was done. Everything went well.

I purchased a package based on hours. The resources assigned did not make the best use of this time and included the time it took to tell them what I wanted them to do and the time it took to load the tools back on th truck as part of the package time.

Most all of the pre-paid special deals I have purchased haven't turned out to be "too special." Sometimes it is simply a fight just to get your money's worth - without hope of really getting a bargain. This was the dream deal. Envirogrow did a fantastic job. The price we paid for the delivered mulch was a good deal in itself. Having them spread it really made it a very special bargain. They did a GREAT JOB!!! They spread the mulch perfectly and did some trim work of over grown plants during the process. It was beautiful. Just so this is clear - this represents the best $199 I have ever spent with Angie's List. Period. A+++

There was an initial inspection of the yard and a few days later about 3 men came and worked nonstop for 2hrs 45min, Absolutely professional, they did not disturb us went about their job , I am very happy with how our front and backyards look now!

Service was done professionally. However, they did not close the gate in my yard, causing my dog to get out. I spoke to the office afterwards and they were genuinely sorry and made sure the onsite team was made aware of the issue. I believe this was an honest mistake and do not expect this to happen in the future.

The guys were great. Very effecient and got everything done that I asked. Instead of 1 guy for 4 hours there were 3 guys for 1.2 hours. This worked out better for me. Yard looks great.

Envirogrow was unresponsive to my attempts to schedule and now we?re far enough in the season, I just don?t need the Deal anymore, so I requested a refund.

The folks at Envirogrow did a fantastic job. I came home from work to find my yard looking pristine! The Envirogrow crew did a spring yard clean up, redefined all the flower beds, spread 8 yards of mulch perfectly, and installed beautiful sod in my back yard. I was very impressed with level of detail and care that was taking by the crew. I had a proposal quoted from another service provider a couple years ago for around $2,500 so I felt like I received a great deal from Envirogrow. Larry Conrad (Sales Rep) & Avery Pearson (Production Manager) were both a pleasure to work with.

I purchased a special for 4 hrs (4 men for 1 hr) of landscape work. The crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. They picked up multiple sticks that had fallen from trees over the winter, pruned back multiple plants, blew off old leaves, and spread 10 bags of mulch around a pond. They accomplished everything I needed done within the purchased time. I was very pleased and would use them again for yard work.

the provider did not show up for a Saturday appointment scheduled earlier in the week. I emailed Chris Hunt, president and owner after 5pm. He quickly called back and said Saturday appointments were cancelled due to weather concerns. Unfortunately, I was not notified and I waited all day for the technician to arrive. Chris Hunt and Larry apologized for the oversight. They were courteous apologetic, offered to reschedule, Due to time constraints (remodeling projects) I cancelled the big deal.

The company was great. The only issue I had was that I wanted to be present when they came, but they came without contacting me. Consequently, they did not complete some of the things I wanted to point out to them. When I called back to tell them, they returned the next day, with a supervisor, and completed the remainder of the work I originally wanted done. Their work was excellent, the supervisor provided me information regarding future services I may need, and I was very pleased.

I was impressed with how much work was accomplished in such a short time. I had signed up for 4 hours of yard cleanup. The promotion stated that usually 3 workers would be assigned the job and work for 1 hour and 20 minutes each to tackle the job. My main area of focus was a large mulched area in our backyard and if time permitted the garden bed located in our front yard. Four workers arrived at 7:30 am. and immediately went to work on the backyard area using professional grade leaf blowers and tarps for leaf collection. They worked efficiently and had the entire yard front, back, and 2 sides cleaned of all leaves and loaded in a truck in just over an hour. It would have taken my husband and I 2 full weekends to accomplish what they did in just an hour. They even cleared the leaves from under our deck and picked up fallen limbs by hand. The service was way beyond what I had expected and will definitely use their service again.

unfortunately the rain later that day may have washed much of the seed away I would have liked more communication about rain effects etc.

I was very pleased with how quickly and well the team worked. They cleaned up the street and sidewalk, plus cleaned off the landscape lights of excess mulch. All the bushes were pruned, including the azaleas. I'm not a fan of pruning azaleas but of thinning but they will recover as they did need some cut back. But the flowers won't be as numerous this season. Otherwise, a very good experience for using this company for the first time. Will have them do the entire property next year.

Quality was great. However two issues. They missed thei estimated arrival time by over 3 hours and their cost for added services was not as advertised. In the add they stated added labor was $47.60.per hour. But the cost was $47.60 per man hour and there where 4 men on the job so cost for added labor was 4X what was expected. I explained the issue to the manager, he apoligized but offered no price adjustment which I thought was poor.

They are very good. I wasn't there when they did the job. But they did it nicely.

Envirogrow did a professional job for fall leaf clean-up. We had some trouble in scheduling and had to call a couple of times. The crew did excellent job and completed the work even when it started raining on the day.

They did the work fine, but I had a very hard time getting them to respond. I called or emailed many times before I finally got the owner to get things moving. I have been looking for a lawn service for over a year now and not found one that is responsive. to my needs or standards. I have a great lawn sprinkler company that answers the phone every time I call, knows me as soon as I start to say who I am, knows where I live and sets up a time to service the system - often the same day or within a week. They leave a bill and I pay it. This is what I am looking for but I did not find this in this company. So I have checked this lawn company off the list. I don't mean to sound so demanding, but I am a very busy person and when I have to call or email every day for a week before I get a response to do the work or even talk, it feels like I am serving them. I might have added other services they offered too, but decided I will go with a company I ultimately like and will give me the level of service I am looking for. I own a small one-man business and I am not perfect. But 99% of the time at least I try to get back to the client the same day they call or email to let them know I got their call or email. And I try to follow up in no less than 24 hours. Those are standards I have kept for many years and people are coming to me for service all the time instead of my always having to market for new clients.
