The provided promptly emailed me once I purchased the Angie's List deals to set up an appointment for the lawn aeration services. However, after I purchased the lawn aeration, I found a separate deal for lawn clean-up and purchased it. I contacted the number in the email to try to reschedule the services. The person who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful. The only mix-up for me is I really needed to be home when the service was provided to learn how much it would cost for add on services. The services were done while I was away, so the company missed out on potential add on services. Other than that, the company did a good job with the lawn clean up and aeration.

It went very well. They were on time, worked hard, were courteous, and my yard is much improved in appearance.

The two workers were thorough and careful to keep seed from going into flower beds. Have no complaints about their work. (Only minor complaint: I had called Envirogrow, per Angie's List direction, to set up an appointment after I placed the order. Envirogrow said it didn't have the order record yet and would call me back. They never did. Two days later I had to call to set up an appointment. Was a week and a half between buying on Angie's List and completing the job. I wouldn't have wanted to wait any longer.)

After the automated responses (upon purchase), I was not contacted by the vendor as the messages implied. Eventually, an appointment was made and I asked for them to perform the service whether someone was home or not. Communication was the only semi-negative experience. Although I did not receive confirmation or notice that my lawn was serviced, it was evident by the small plugs found throughout the lawn. I followed-through with frequent watering and the results were outstanding. It is now about 3 weeks, and I've very pleased with the amount of new grass growth. I will definitely have Envigrow back next fall. In summary, communication was below average, but the actual service and results were excellent.

In the end, things worked out, but I don't know if I would use them again. They did a fine job. It took a couple of visits. There were billing issues and they missed part of the yard. They were adequate. They did good follow-up. They showed up when they said they were going to.

It was great! They came out and did a big overseed, and it looked great afterwards! The price was better than anywhere else we found online!

Super easy and well done. Was able to quickly/easily schedule appointment via email. While I needed to put flags around my yard to point out sprinkler heads, the service was done without my having to be home. I would definitely use Envirogrow again.

I had Envirogrow come to the house twice, first was for lawn aeration and seeding. The second time was for yard clean up for end of the year, including mowing, picking up acorns, trimming and pulling all the overgrown bushes and weeds. Each visit they did an outstanding job and did exactly what I requested. I would definitely use the group again to get my yard ready for the next season!

They said to send the pictures of what needs to be done and some description. I did so and requested to call me. He said first he needs a date to perform the service. A lady called and I told her the details and wanted to see some pictures or website and she promised to send it to me. Not done yet - its been a while.

Good quality of work. However, provider failed to notify me as to when the service was going to be performed.

They didn't need me to be home, so came and did the job on the date that they said they would. Made my life very easy and made a difference for the lawn.

I bought a special offer of $169 for aeration and overseeding. As instructed I gave the company 3 dates that worked for me to schedule the job. After a few days I was contacted by their scheduler and she informed me that they were coming the next day (which was not one of the days I listed). This didn't work for me as I hadn't mowed my lawn in several weeks due to business travel. I called and left a voicemail after hours; she called back the next day to reschedule me. The guys who came to my yard were fast and professional. My only complaint is that the back yard was bone dry and the aerator barely made a dent in the ground. Most of the holes were 1/2" deep or less. This is partly my fault, as I didn't water to moisten the ground before they came. I wish they had sent me an email that reminded me to water if we hadn't had rain in awhile. Overall I'd say the service was good, communication was mediocre. If they worked on reading my scheduling preferences and if they sent out a reminder on how to prepare your lawn for aeration they'd have a perfect score.

After we signed up there was a delay in contacting us. After contact, very spotty in scheduling, but could have been my fault as I thought after 3 o'clock meant the same day vice anytime within after 3 within the next millennium! Anyway they did show up and do the lawn. I ask them to do an extra area that I was confident was inside the 7000 sq feet, but they claimed it wasn't and charged me an extra $60. Whatever. I have used different contractors for this task and will probably do so it the future. The actual work was fine, but their customer service was weak.

After multiple contacts to get the service conducted to no avail, I have given up chasing these people and requested a refund.

I was contacted shortly after purchasing their deal. They performed the service while I was away. I was pleased to see how well they had aerated the lawn upon my return. Prior to treatment I had very compacted soil, lots of weeds and many bare spots. Also, I had not done any work to it the previous Fall. The grass grew in as well as can be expected given the condition of my lawn (lots of shade). They used the right seed. I will have to repeat the process of aerating, seeding and topdressing this Fall in addition to ongoing weed removal to really see a green and lush lawn.

Very responsive and easy to work with. We needed a lot more work than the coupon provided (the Coupon was for a Townhouse, ours was a stand-alone) and the owner worked with us to transfer the coupon payment toward the overall bill. I could not be more happy with the process and the work performed!

They did yard work, like a spring clean up. This was outstanding! The guy did a lot of work. I don't think it took up the full 4 hours, but that is okay. I was very satisfied.
