The men arrived on time and informed me of the 2 hour limit time for their work. This was not a problem, since my yard is small. I took the crew leader through what I wanted accomplished. The work was performed okay with the exception of leaving behind some tree branches, which I didn't appreciate. They left without notice after 1 hour 45 minutes, leaving 15 minutes on the clock and not informing me of their "completion". I would have appreciated if they had knocked on my door to let me know they had finished, asking if I would like to check their work performed and if there was anything else I needed since 15 minutes remained of their time.

They were great! They showed up when they said they would and worked really hard all day long. They were super nice and easy to deal with. We will definitely use them again.

Though communication with this provider is little bit of tricky as they don't respond quickly or may be busy, but the service provided was good; I took time to write review because want to see the result and my lawn looks good. Really appreciate their service and will use them in future.

This was a big deal purchase. It went okay. I just used them one time. We did not see them. they came in, did the job and left me a note. I walked around the grounds to make sure they were aerated and I did see some seed --not as much as I would have put down.

We scheduled via email, they came and did the work quickly. The dirt and the aeration was spotty in places but was servicable.

It turned out all right, I had a problem contacting them. Once they came out, they did the stuff, and that was fine. I had to get it done quickly because, the leaves were starting to fall, and I needed to get the seeding done before the leaves came down. They did what they should have done. On some of the rough areas, they didn't get their machine down enough. It was the first time that I have used them. I was at work when they came out. They just came out and I saw they had done it. I did have to call them because, they didn't call me. I would have to check the offers. The price was good for the services.

They did a good job, but I remember calling them back about something. In the mulch that they put down there was some grass and things popping up. Usually the mulch I got was sort of dark and stayed that way. The owner or boss brought back extra mulch and put it down, then I was satisfied. The first mulch they put down did not look like the mulch I am used to getting. He was working without letting me know he was there or when he was finished. I think he was new with them. I had also mentioned that to the boss. I am pretty easy-going, but I said I would like to have known that he was starting so I could clarify exactly what areas it was to go in. That was a little glitch in their service too. But again, he apologized and brought a team back. They corrected it. I thought the price was fair. The first product they put down was not quality. They got here on the day they said, I just did not know he was working. The owner or manager, whoever corrected things, was good at his job.

I was not present at the time of service since it was conducted outdoors. All debris and leaves were picked-up and my lawn looked great afterwards, I have no complaints.

email with Avery to coordinate how much of my lawn needed aeration through a google map photo of the yard. Worked with me on the boundaries and gave me a rate. They did all the work during business hours. Water is not pilling up above ground anymore so I am very happy

After contacting the provider, it took a few days for an initial response. After a lot of communication, I was promised service within 4-5 days. 8 business days later, I had to call, and they offered to send someone out in another 4-5 business days. Not contacting me to update me on the status was unprofessional, and needing to wait 10-15 days from initial contact for simple yard cleanup work is unacceptable.

Great job. We told them what we wanted, and they delivered -- without lots of back and forth about minor insignificant details.

Everything went great, they removed all the leaves in my front and back yard plus trimmed back some ivy I asked them to do. Unfortunately they charge extra to remove the leaves, but this is my second time using them and I'd use them again.

Quick, hard working and effective at what they were doing. They did an excellent job of cleaning out the leaves, including under the bushes and leaves stuck inside of the bushes where snow tends to accumulate and result in broken branches. I was surprised to find that they also removed the leaves instead of just blowing them to the curb for the county to pick up.

My experience with them went okay. They could have been more conscientious and took more care. I would probably look for someone else to do the work in the future.

It wasn't particularly great. They showed up. They didn't ring the bell or anything. I must have been sleeping and I only caught them at the end of it. There were some things that I wanted to negotiate and discuss with them. Apparently, they didn't even see that on the e-mail I sent back to them about what part of the lawn to do. We had a section right in the middle of the lawn that looked like they weren't considering doing. There was some sod that I had just put down. I didn't think that they needed to do that area. So, I thought we could trade what they said they needed to do and what I thought. But, the guy had already done it before I got there. You usually can see evidence of them doing it. There were evidences in most of the lawn. But, on one said of the house was a driveway. I didn't see any holes. I asked them if they did this part and they said, "Yes." I had to believe them. But, I didn't see any holes. I don't think they did it there. They were pretty good cost-wise. I wasn't completely satisfied with them. They came the day they said they were coming.

It went very. well. The difference in how my yard looked afterward was like the difference between night and day.

Provider was a little slow to contact for scheduling. However,, once scheduled, the service was provided on time and as expected. I would use them again.

They responded quickly to my emails. Coordination was very easy. The gentlemen showed up on schedule. They did a great job on my lawn. This is the second time I have used this company. I plan to use them again in the future.

Envirogrow contacted me within a few days after I purchased their package and I was able to set up a date for them to perform the work soon after. As part of my discussions with the company, I mentioned that I had a couple of bare corners in my yard that had until recently been sectioned off with landscape stones. I had removed these and asked that they include these areas in their aeration and overseeding process (these areas, when included, still fell well within the 7,000 sq.ft. of area included in the deal). While I did not have to be home, I happened to be there, but could not go outside since I was attending a web-based class for most of the day. However, I could glance out from my basement window and noticed that indeed a "professional" manual drum coring machine was used. In addition, after the grass began showing within two weeks, I can say that it is clear that a very good quality fescue mix was used and I had grass growing in the areas that were bare before - a minor miracle. Note that my yard's soil is in very poor shape, consisting mostly of very compacted clay and so I'm sure the results would have been even better had I had the bare areas tilled/ground up a bit and if I had a top coat of organic fertilizer applied (available for an extra fee). I would definitely recommend doing that if you are in similar situation. I did not because I knew I would have workers in the back yard potentially leaving it in bad shape soon after, but I wanted some grass there to help prevent continuing erosion with the coming rains in the winter season. Very nice folks to deal with - would definitely recommend.

The crew arrived on time. They were pleasant and professional in their interactions with me. I would use this company again for similar work.

Great. Its proof enough when the neighbors comment about how much better the yard looks after just a few hours of work.

Luckily we got some rain right after, and the grass grew very well and it is still growing fast in November! Great attentive job. Totally worth it.

They arrived on the schedule date and did the job. They missed a small area but I called them and they came back the following week an took care of it. Great job.
