The team is very professional and do great work

The company was very responsive to my requests and quickly scheduled the work each time. The workers did a great job removing the leaves and cleaning the gutters. There was no mess left behind. They work quickly, as well.

They did an excellent job. Followed my instructions, worked fast and were polite and professional. First time I have had a service take my leaves (I have always done it in the past) and I am impressed. Will definitely go back to

Our property was cleared of leaves; all leaves that could be moved to the driveway were vacuumed up and removed via Envirogrow's leaf truck; remaining leaves were blown from the grassy and garden areas into the woods. The crew was very efficient and worked the full time that we paid for.

Angieslist had me list 3 options. I needed this work done before 12/16 so I picked 3 dates before my drop dead date. The company was prompt in scheduling me for the last of the 3 options, which was 2 days before my drop dead date. 2 days before scheduled service, my service was delayed by 1 day to be the day before my drop dead date. I was notified of the change. On the day of service, it was very windy and cold. I waited at home for the crew and scheduled myself to be home. The crew never showed up, and I was not notified of a delay. I sent an inquiry at the end of day with my disappointment. The manager called me within 5 minutes and apologied. He mentioned the wind, and I agreed with him even though my neighbor was serviced that day. He mentioned that the work would be done the next day, which was after my drop dead date. When the work was performed, the crew was very efficient and did a great job. They were fairly quick, even though they had to take a few breaks and one of the trucks had to leave to pick up something (gasoline?) All in all, this is a pretty good service. I think I had an unlucky scheduling situation which didn't get the best communication, but the company made up for it and the service was high quality. In the end, I'll use this service again and recommend it to others.

It went well. There was some confusion regarding the fact I was not home when they arrived. They did call me and they choose not to do the back lawn because I had new lawn put down and they were afraid that that might cause a problem with that. I appreciated that call, but the problem was there was a bit of a hassle with adjusting the pricing because I was quoted assuming the entire lawn was going to be done. It took me a phone call back and forth to get a credit back for that and I didn't understand why that was when it was in fact they who initially did that for me. So it seemed like it forced me to do more work on my end to adjust the pricing to get the credit back. They even had to send somebody out to confirm that was the case, even the foreman was the one who called me.

They were punctual so thats good. When I spoke to them I was told they would vacuum and carry the leaves off my property. Instead it appears they just blew them into the woods behind. They are reasonable on cost so thats a good thing.

They did an excellent, excellent job. When I came home, the yard looked great.

I had an appointment for work to begin within one hour of purchasing my deal on Angie's List. The crew arrived on time, despite less than wonderful weather that had me wondering if they would ask to reschedule. My yard looks fantastic. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and a few small toys that got caught up in the leaves were found and tossed back during the vacuum collection. We are very pleased.

Everything went just a described via the "deal" on Angie's list. Very easy, no problem whatsoever. Very nice!!

Larry Conrad responded promptly with a quote. He said if he heard from me by Wednesday morning (day before Thanksgiving), "we can get this work done tomorrow before Thanksgiving." I responded that he should proceed. As of 3:30 on Wednesday the leaf removal people had not shown up. I sent an email to Larry and had received no reply an hour later. I called Larry on his cellphone. He was in Pennsylvania but said he would try and find out what was going on. Shortly afterward I got a call from Avery in the office who said the leaf removal would not be done today due to a series of complications, but would be done on Monday. I'm hoping there will be no complications on Monday. And I wish that the office would have notified me that they were not coming, rather than my having to chase someone down to find out what was going on. Hopefully there will be no further delays in getting our leaves removed.

Now that time has passed and the results are evident I can say I am most pleased with the results. The lawn was well aerated and plenty of seed was sown on the lawn. The lawn, even at this late stage, looks great and the new grass sprouting is quite evident. I couldn't be more pleased. I was out of town when they arrived to do the work but with a quick check of my security cameras it was evident they were thorough and exact in all the work they did for me. I'm very satisfied.

The work went well, and I am amazed at the results. With lots of watering, I have what appears to be a new lawn. They did a spectacular job. I'll definitely be looking for them again next fall. The only change will be to call earlier because removing the leaves from the newly germinated grass was difficult.

I purchased a Big Deal for aeration and over seeding. We added an option for organic compost spread of the front and side yard. They scheduled the appointment almost immediately after purchasing the service. They were extremely communicative and responsive to emails and questions. The arrived as scheduled and cleaned up completely. The driveway and walkway were free of any debris and dirt from the service.
