Jeff was super responsive and professional. Originally we scheduled the repair several days in advance. When an earlier slot became available on a day that I had originally requested, Jeff contacted me and we were able to do the repair on a day that was convenient for me. He gave me a very full explanation of the work that would be required before he could give an estimate, and his eventual estimate was exactly what the work eventually cost. The quality of the work was excellent. Not only was the problem of the leaky liner fixed before it led to more extensive and expensive problems, but the refinished tub looks like brand new. I am very pleased with Bathroom Magic and would use them again.

I'm a realtor who has some clients getting ready to sell. I had a client who's tub had some rust in a small area. The problem was nothing more than appearance deep but it was ugly and I felt it would impact their sale. I found this company on Angies list called and explained the problem. I talked to a person on the first ring. He agreed to take a look and if he could fix it do so. He came out the NEXT DAY and fixed it then and there. My clients were THRILLED with the work, the price, and the experience. He really saved the day and made me look great in the process. Being in real estate I know how hard it is to get anyone to do anything in the next week let alone the following day. Needless to say I will be using this company again.

It went real well. They were very professional and punctual. He didn't create any type of mess and he did it in the time he said he would do it. It took me a week or two to decide on it and he was pretty patient and didn't call and bug me. He was good to work with and he seemed to know what he was doing. He was really pleasant to work with.

Great! Process is long, took an entire day but that is the nature of the process. We cracked a tile after and he came back and fixed it for just $75. Very happy with the work.

I ended up at a Home Improvement expo in late February and first heard about bathtub refinishing there. After getting an idea on the process, duration and price, I searched Angie's List for a comparator quote. I spoke with Jeff at Bathroom Magic and made a last-minute weekend appointment for only a week or two later. He showed up on a Saturday at his scheduled time and went to work. He was done within the quoted time, charged me the quoted price (only $25 higher than my baseline quote), and was on his way. It was an exceedingly simple process free of issues. Jeff was very professtional and responsive. And the work - VERY impressive. Everyone to whom we've shown off the tub thinks it looks brand new. And it does. My only complaint? The strong chemical smell stuck around longer than anticipated, even though we kept all upstairs windows open, for almost a week straight. Otherwise, it was a great and painless experience.

Jeff arrived on time and first removed the surface that had been done about 12 years before. He and his assistant, Don, then taped the areas not to be glazed and applied the new glaze. The whole process took about 6 hours. They were polite, extremely neat and did a first class job. It is much better finished product than our previous job.

Jeff Miller, the owner was a delight to work with. He came over to give an estimate after I had seen the good work he had done at a neighbor's house. One bathroom was pretty straight forward - an old yellow tub and tile, but no major problems besides ugliness. He did that one first in one day and it came out great. He explained what he was going to do and then did the work well and on time and cleaned up completely. The second bathroom had a tile shower stall that had developed cracks and leaks that I had regrouted and caulked. He wasn't sure that he could address these issues and suggested that I might prefer to hire someone else to do a complete tear out and remodel. I didn't want to spend that kind of money, so he gave me an estimate, with some reservations. He and a coworker did the second bathroom in a day and a half. It came out great. They filled cracks and regrouted and then applied their porcelain coating over everything. It came out great and I think with a little care on my part that it will work well for years and solve the leaking problem. He is very conscientious and detail oriented.
