First and foremost, Jeff Miller, as the owner of Bathroom Magic, and Kevin Murphy, the and quot;do-it-alland quot; technician, are two amazing people to work with. Because I was in the process of remodeling my home, I wanted to reglaze my bathtub and its surrounding tiles to and quot;resetand quot; the look of the bathroom. I did not want to replace the bathtub because it would require me to replace the entire tiles surrounding it. Thus, I called Jeff and he gave me an estimate over the phone. Jeff is a fantastic communicator, articulating every aspect of the project upfront. As scheduled, Jeff and Kevin arrived precisely on time. Jeff has a gift of explaining what the reglazing process entails, helping me understand in lament terms. He explained to me that the reglazing process is similar to and quot;auto-bodyand quot; work, requiring sanding, patching, coating and curing. Jeff is a detailed oriented craftsman, making sure that the work is done perfectly - a rare breed these days. When the reglazing was done after two days, I could not believe how pristine my bathtub looked. Just immaculate. Because my home was built in 1985, It's also not uncommon to find some water leaks in the bathroom. Jeff spotted the rotten stud boards behind my toilet and underneath the tiles. The board itself was almost spongy. Jeff gave different options to ameliorate the issue and he explained the pros-and-cons of each option. Jeff was correct in that the board needed to be replaced, which would require him and Kevin to remove the existing tiles and install a section with new boards. Kevin, utilizing his years experience as a handyman, installed boards to level with the entire bathroom floor. He then sanded down the floor and masterfully tiled the porcelain tiles I purchased from Home Depot. Kevin is an efficient craftsman. He literally knows how to do everything associated with remodeling a bathroom - installed all three of the toilets and vanities. Further, some of the materials from Home Depot were quite heavy and required serious lifting. Since I do not own a truck, Jeff and Kevin even picked up the materials from Home Depot for me. I've hired numerous plumbers and general contractors in the past for work around my townhouse. However, Jeff and Kevin are some of the best people I've worked with, who both take great pride in their work and are extremely meticulous. Not only are they skillful at what they do but they are a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend Bathroom Magic highly enough!

First, Mr. Murphy arrived on time (and he had to travel a distance). He set up the bathroom, taking a door down temporarily to install the exhaust system. He was careful to cover carpets (it was a rainy day), and he explained to my husband and me what he would be doing. He photographed to have 'before and after' photos.They were amazing. Mr. Murphy repaired the cracks, strengthening the flooring then resurfaced the shower floor. It looks like new! He cleaned up the area, reinstalled the door, and explained all that he'd done. We would highly recommend Bathroom Magic to anyone considering any bathroom work done! Mr. Murphy explained the large range of improvements the company can perform.

I contacted Jeff via email and he called back promptly. Jeff aked many questions about the job so that he could provide as accurate an estimate as possible. I also needed to get the work done in a small time window, which Jrff was able to satisfy. On the agreed upon date, Jeff and his colleague arrived promptly set about their work. Throughout the process, Jeff and his colleague were very curtious and provided updates on where they were in the job, any surprises (excessive filling required), and their expected finish time. The job was done on time as promised, and Jeff also provided a review of immediate care and a list of tips for continued care of teh new finish on the tub. I am very satisfied with the look and function of the new tub finish and would recommend Bathroom Magic to anyone.

I first found Bathroom Magic on Angie's List based on the glowing reviews. We were remodeling a bathroom and needed to change a bright yellow bathtub into a white bathtub to match our new and improved bathroom. I spoke to Jeff who filled me in on the process, cost, and advance notice required to schedule the job. Based on his customer service, quoted price, and reviews on this site, I told him I was not planning on shopping around, and would be in touch to set up the service. I called about a week and a half in advance and he was available on my preferred date. Everything went off without a hitch on the date of service. He arrived around 9:00am and the job lasted until about 2pm. The price matched what I was quoted and it looks great. I have shared information for Bathroom Magic among friends with older bathrooms. I highly recommend this provider!

Great job from start to finish. Over the phone, Jeff was incredibly helpful, informative and detailed. He gave excellent recommendations. Jeff and Kevin came today promptly, did a very professional job and followed up with detailed information on care and cleaning. We couldn't be happier.

I had sent queries to different companies. Jeff Miller, owner of Bathroom Magic, emailed me and asked me to call so we could discuss what I needed done. I called on Thursday, caught Jeff at a good time, and was able to meet with him that day. He came to my home, explained his proposal, and we set up a schedule for resurfacing the tiles and tub. Because I had loose tiles and needed dry wall work, we planned for a 2-day project. We set the date for the following Tuesday and Wednesday . I was pleased to learn that I would not have to leave while the work was being done. The men set up a huge exhaust fan and exhausted all the debris and fumes from the house. I am thrilled with the end result. The house showed no signs that I had had that work done---no grit, no dust, and no lingering odor. A big plus was the fact that the work was completed exactly on schedule. Amazing!!

After doing research and speaking with 3 companies I chose Bathroom Magic. Jeff Miller, the owner, was very informative and answered all my questions. We scheduled and he came when he said and it took as long as he said and he did all the work. He gave us all the care tips and we have been very happy with it and would recommend him and the process to anyone.

Jeff Miller had mistakenly double-booked for the day but kept his commitment. Reglazed a basic 5' skirted rectangular tub. Job took about 4 hours. Color matched American Standard bone-colored toilet perfectly. Vented fumes outside through a bedroom window which kept odor in house to tolerable level. It was a well-done job.

They were very polite and very prompt. The price was good.

He was great. It went very well. He was very neat and did a great job. He explained things ahead of time, which was great, so we knew exactly what to expect. He took care of everything. He covered everything in the bathroom so there was minimal dirt at the end of it. He did it all by himself. At the end he even gave us a can of special cleaner.

It was a really good experience. He came as promised for the estimate and to do the work. Most impressive, he honored his price even though resurfacing the tub took hours longer than anticipated and after we offered to pay more because of the problems he encountered. He also referred us to Eric Applegate for retiling the floor and reinstalling the plumbing. Eric also did terrific work.

Jeff arrived on time. Reexplained how the process work. Reviewed the two bathrooms. Decided to do the bathroom first that had no outside ventilation. Completely one bathroom first day and near the end of the day, gave me the option of whether to work later or come back on Friday. I selected Friday and Jeff returned, completed the second bathtub. Jeff asked me to review the work to make sure I was completely satisfied, which I was. Jeff then sat down, gave me the tip sheet, gave an oral explantion of the dos and don't, and then asked if I had any questions.

Excellent! Of the three contractors we recieved bids from, Jeff from Bathroom Magic was by far the most responsive, knowlegable, and friendly. He arrived to give us the bid exactly when he said he would, was in and out with not a lot of idling or trying to up sell me on other features for my bathroom. He wrote me an estimate on the spot and told me that it would become my final invoice if I went with them - in essence the estimate was what I would pay no matter what - no coming back at a higher final invoice like has happened to me before. We went ahead and set up an appointment and Jeff was very flexible in working around our crazy schedules. He arrived on time the first day and was able to finish the entire hall bathtub in half a day. Days two and three he was able to turn our old, grimy, 1960's seafoam blue shower and surrounding tile to an updated, like new, shiny white. The difference was amazing. I knew from other blogs that I had read on the re-glazing process that it would be quite smelly, Jeff did everything he could to minimize the smell, and fortunately since there was a window in the master bathroom the smell was much less potent for that room. Overall everything looks great, I am very impressed by Bathroom Magic. Oh, and the 3-year guarantee on the re-glazing (even transferrable if you sell) doesn't hurt either!

I am very please with Jeff and I would definitely use him again to clean our bathtub. I chose this company based on the good reviews from Angies List. I am very pleased with the results.

Jeff came the first time and found that the shower was dripping. He strongly suggested that I get the shower head fixed before he reglazed because it might cause problems if it dripped on the new glaze. He gave me that excellent advice and rescheduled at no charge! He came back the next week, reglazed my old black bathtub to gleaming white. The charge was exactly as quoted, and the tub is beautiful! Great job and integrity from the same guy. Thanks Jeff!

The work was performed within the estimated time. Price was within the ball park estimate, and they cleaned up and disposed of all debris. I am very satisfied and would definitely call on them in the future for a similar job.

- Very good experience with company. He was on time (in fact alittle early at my request). - Required no supervision, and in fact since I'm a shift worker, we chit-chatted alittle, got him setup and then I went to sleep in another bedroom. Jeff was very professional and diligently worked til completion. - Planning on using the company for our second full bath - The activity took over 8 hours and cleanup was minimal. It was a dusty smelly job, but nothing compared to a total remodel. - The owner of the company did my job and did excellent work. - The job is extremely smelly, so coordinate family members with sensitize nose. At times I had to step out of the house. I coordinated the work to be done when family members were out of town and I could maintain cross ventilation throught the house. - I think refinishing the existing tub and surround was an excellent choice, because it was cheaper than a total remodel or a bath liner.

Jeff is very professional and did all the right things. Showed up on time, did the work and made suggestions to make it even better. He took the time to remind me that I might want to change out some of the hardware to make the tub look even better - and he doesn't do it to make money he does it because he wants it to look good. He also noted that the grout was uneven from where it had been inexpertly grouted. He fixed that as well. When my husband dropped the drill in the tub it was lightly scratched and he came back and fixed it at no cost. A true professional.

Did a nice job of removing old shower door and glue as well as turning our pink tub white. No peeling or other problems in nine months. Great service!

Jeff did a fantastic job and was punctual, did a quality job, and is a great communicator. He used a material that should be a better quality than some other resurfacing materials, so I think it was worth the slightly higher cost of the other resurfacers. One morning he thought he may be a half hour late and he called in advance but was only like 15 minutes late. During the project, he needed to remove the bathtub faucet and warned me of the risks associated with removing it and let me decide how to proceed. For roughly 1/3 of the cost of a new bath/shower and tile my bath and shower were transformed from 1976 blue and gold to a timeless white which transcends the decades and will accomodate a wide variety of decorating styles going forward. Overall I am very pleased with the job Jeff did and would recommend him to anyone looking to resurface.

They were fantastic. They showed up on time, was exactly on the price he quoted, and I couldn't be happier with it.

Jeff arrive promptly and spent the day doing the preparation and resurfacing. He was pleasant and explained the steps and care after he was finished. The smell wasn't terrible. It lasts a couple of days but we have a window that we were able to leave open. We had the fixtures replaced - Jeff suggested a plumber who was able to complete the plumbing.
