This was a great experience all around! Whenever I called or emailed the company I got a fast response. Jeff is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his company and product and I felt comfortable working with them. They came on time on the day promised and did the work in one full day (the guy didn't even take a lunch break!). They cleaned up well. The shower looks/feels like brand new tile. What a difference! We did this and had the floor re-tiled (by another company) for $600 so for $1,600 we have what looks like a brand new bathroom...estimates we got to demolish/rebuild the bathroom were $8-19,000!! Overall a great experience and I highly recommend Bathroom Magic.

We have a tub in a guest bath that gets very occasional use but found that what was a perfect tub when we moved in four years ago was peeling. Turns out whoever did the last surfacing job didn't do it right. We hired Jeff Miller after researching three other companies and Jeff had the best price and quality reviews. He was extremely professional and thorough. The job took about six hours and required that he fix many nicks and scratches in the tub but the he did a great job and the tub looks new. He kept us informed of his progress throughout the day and did an amazing job of keeping the chemical fumes flowing out of the bathroom window and out of the house! Overall we are happy with the work and we are hopefully that this resurfacing will last.

The entire experience was great. I sent an email on a Saturday and got a reply within a few hours, followed up with a phone call and got a verbal quote after exchanging photos and answering questions. The technician showed up early, was very professional, did a perfect refinishing job, and left the work area clean. It's really striking how much better the tub looks, there had been 4 chips in the porcelain, one was as big as a half-dollar, and even though I know where they used to be I can not pick out any dip or other deviation in the new surface, it's like having a new tub; the work included new caulk at all seams.

They were on time, clean, did the job they were hired to do and friendly. When I had questions, they were very responsive. It was very easy to reach Jeff and to communicate with them before and after the job.

Jeff and Kevin did a great job. They patiently described the options and have us all the information we needed to make decisions on the scope of work. The finished product looks great and has vastly improved the appearance of the bathroom.

Talked with several providers and the owners feedback (Jeff) made the most sense to me. Finished product looks very good. Price, punctuality, and professionalism were all great. I had to be persistent to get the work done. Jeff was a bit slow on feedback and returning calls. Overall good job.

It went well, showed up on time, did the work in a timely manner, gentleman was professional and very personalble. The owner Jeff was very responsive, easy to reach on the phone and answered all of my questions about his product and process.

Jeff was very professional from start to finish. He knew exactly what the problem was, and provided an honest, reasonable estimate for fixing it. Another vendor tried to tell me I'd have to tear out my entire bathroom for tens of thousands of dollars. They were also very responsive and flexible about timing, and kept me informed throughout the process. The bathtub looks and feels great. I would highly, highly recommend them.

Jeff and Kevin arrived on time and went right to work after taking a look at our tub and shower and explaining how the process would work and how they would vent the house. We had recently bought the house and the tub, especially, was in bad shape. Apparently, it had once been unprofessionally reglazed and had begun to peel horribly. So, Kevin had the added work of removing the existing bad glaze before preparing the surface and reglazing. Jeff worked on the shower stall for about 1/2 day, while Kevin worked the whole day on the tub, vanity and new faucet. Wow, what miraculous results! We could not be more pleased and the whole thing was done in a day and just around $1000. We did a lot of research online on whether to reglaze, do a liner or replace our 1950's era original tub. We are so glad we went with the reglazing: low fuss for us, cost effective and amazing results. When looking at our price, keep in mind that we had multiple jobs (shower stall, tub, vanity/faucet), not one, and the added work of removing an old, badly accomplished glaze. Jeff was great about providing an estimate in advance and it was spot on. Thanks, Jeff and Kevin!

The refinish went great the Tech (Kevin) did an excellent job and all went smoothly. There weren't any hidden cost, and it went according to what was explained to me over the phone when booking my appointment. The Tub looks brand new and the caulking job was excellent and included. I would recommend them to anyone.

The end result of the treatment was a tub that had a smooth strong surface that has a few understandable limitations that the furnace-hardened original surface does not have. Since I did not have the unreasonable expectations that some have for an equally strong replacement surface, I was not disappointed by these results. While there is no perfect way to replace a bathtub surface without removing or replacing the tub, I am persuaded by both the arguments in the field and the promotion of this company that no better solution exists, especially at such a reasonable cost. The work was done expeditiously and skillfully even while working within the rigorous constraints of the most strict building management regulations imaginable. One problem which I believe was greater than it should have been was the influence of what I would call and quot;grit.and quot; While Kevin Murphy proved to be a skilled and assiduous technician and Jeff Miller was an able manager, I felt little ear was given to my observation of very subtle and nearly negligible defects in the outer coats of surfacing. It is understandable that there should be some airborne particulates that will settle in the yet-unhardened surface, particularly with the aggressive venting necessary to manage the expulsion of noxious gases natural to the drying and hardening of such an applied compound; however, I believe some contaminants were unnecessarily infiltrated into the surface that were of a heavier and quot;sand-likeand quot; weight and size, whose origin was unknown. Nonetheless, keeping such a process clean at all is a daunting task, and I believe my workers were thus daunted. Still, it is hard to divorce the complete work from the interference of the building management, the drying time observation and the overall cost of labour and materials. I do believe that a ten percent increase in and quot;tidinessand quot; of application would have justified a fifteen percent increase in price. Since I cannot expect any worker to hit the aforementioned collection of moving targets in addition psychically predicting what will be the most favourable cost arrangement for the client, I would qualify my review as more of an and quot;adjustment to expectationsand quot; than I would and quot;a complaint.and quot; I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Miller and his associates or to hire them again.

Great. the smell latest a few days longer than they said, but it did go away after 5-6 days. We don't have a window in our bathroom, though. The tub looks great and so far is standing up to the daily beating from my toddler.

The actual work went well. I realized after the fact that re-glazing does not result in a brand-new appearing tub. The problem I had was with lever that activates shower. The lever is on the spout. After waiting for the recommended amount of time for the glaze to set up, I tried to take a shower. I found the lever had become disconnected. I contacted Bathroom Magic and Jeff said they did not cause problem. This lever had never become disengaged in 9 years since I owned the condo. Only after Bathroom Magic worked on the tub did it break. Was it caused by something Bathroom Magic did? I can't say for sure - I will leave it up to review readers to decide for themselves. I did not like their attitude that 'You are on your own'. I would not recommend spending the extra $150 for tile cleaning - in my case it made no significant difference.

Mr Miller came out to look at the hole in our tub. After determining that they could repair our tub and providing an estimate, we scheduled an appointment. They were right on time and did an excellent job. They also provided helpful information on how to preserve the life of our tub. Overall, we are very pleased with the work done by Bathroom Magic and would recommend them.

Jeff Miller is a perfectionist as am I - so it was a great experience!! Jeff and his associate Kevin were extremely pleasant, professional, always in communication and produced *fantastic - actually unbelievable results! I did interview 2 other firms recommended by realtors, and while Jeff was more expensive, the manner in which he described how he would tackle the job gave me confidence he'd be worth every penny. I'm 110% satisfied in every way. After Jeff completed his work, the carpenters subsequently damaged some of the reglazed tiles. Jeff was a real hero and fit the repair into his schedule so everything was perfect for the first open house. and quot;Bathroom Magicand quot; is aptly named!!!

Excellent and very happy with the finished tub, the bathtub looks brand new. The technician did an excellent job of refinishing the bathtub. He was very careful to explain each of the steps during the process and answered all of our questions. He also provided advice for taking care of the tub in the future. I would (and have) recommend this company to anyone that wants to refinish a bathtub.

They did an excellent job. They were so gracious. They were on time and so professional. We would recommend them for anything. They bent over backwards to help us. We really appreciated it. We would definitely, definitely recommend them and we would use them again. Jeff and Kevin worked in our home. They were just top notch. They found matches for everything and made sure it was what we wanted. They took their time to do that. They gave us options. They were very accommodating and they listened to what we wanted so it really wasn't that hard to work with them.

Jeff, Please forgive the delay in writing this review for Bathroom Magic. To all other potential customers - You will not find a more friendly, technically compotent, honest, and reasonably priced tub and tile reglaze / remodeler anywhere. Jeff's work on rejuvenating our hallway bathroom was nothing short of amazing. He reglazed our tub and bathroom wall tile and after 5 months both still look as if they were just installed as new. Jeff also installed a new toilet as well as ripped up and installed brand new bathroom floor tile. Bottomline: After 21 years as a military officer and living in numerous homes across the country, you will not find a better or more professional remodeler than Jeff. I give my strongest recommendation to Bathroom Magic / Jeff Miller and for anyone who wants to restore their bathroom at a fraction of the cost and have it appear as if the bathroom was a complete remodel. Jeff was very professional and skilled. He did a wonderful job and gave us some tips on how to maintain. The resurfaced bathtub looks like brand new. It's been 3 months and we haven't needed major cleaning. It just looks shining and clean, and caulk looks so clean. For the master bedroom shower, we were thinking to get the resurfacing, but Jeff suggested a cleaning and caulking instead resurfacing, which was a big saving for us. We are very happy with this project. Thanks

Everything went like clockwork. I called, got information, made a decision, and returned to Jeff for the appointment which was scheduled for the following week. As promised, Jeff and Kevin arrived right on time and got started with prepping the bathroom area. We had other contractors in the house for the other renovation on this project. Even when they had to disconnect the electric for a few minutes, Kevin kept prepping and it didn't phase him at all. I don't know anything about the spraying because it was all behind closed doors, but the transformation is amazing. Clean-up was thorough and efficient. Kevin left us with care tips and recommendations for long term success, so we feel very confident that we will have a great product for years to come. All in all, a very nice experience.
