Description of Work: They refit and re-tuned my electronically controlled steam boiler. Companies that understand the integration of old and new technologies are not common. I have used this small company for years, and they are second to none for high-grade work. They're not the cheapest, they're not always available at a moment's notice, but they can fix things that are way beyond the scope of most HVAC companies. They don't have their company name and phone number splashed all over their vans, and I would consider them specialists. They do custom sheet-metal ductwork, steam, hot water and standard forced air systems, hybrid heat-pump/gas if you like, humidity control, whatever you want. If you're willing pay them, they have the capability, and are the ones to call if you have or want a complicated HVAC system. They don't advertise, and don't have time for silliness like duct cleaning and filter changing. Another big part of this recommendation is the quality of the people. They are honest and take pride in their work. Small firms are often better in exchange for being a little more expensive, and in this case the extra quality greatly exceeds the extra cost. Use the yellow pages for simple service calls, but for real jobs that require real knowledge use these guys.
