Very well. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work done. The concrete floor was absolutely perfect (something not done well at all on my last house built by William R. Beach). Also, they were very flexible when I made changes during the build. I was excited to call them in again for my next project- a complete rebuild of a bathroom. I will be using them for all jobs, large and small, on my property. Chris is always available, shows up when he says he will, and does what he says he's going to do. He is the only contractor that has done that and the only one I trust.

We've never used a contractor do any projects in our home before. We contacted several vendors and decided to use Verlander's Construction. Chris and Charlie were respectful of our home as they had to go through several areas to get to our master bath by putting runners down in these areas. They stayed on schedule and on budget. I will be using them in the future for other projects as they delivered a stunning bathroom.

Honest and outstanding work. Loved these guys! They were on site when they said they would be and the garage looks like it was built when the house was. I can't say enough. They were awesome and so was the work. I would most definitely call Chris again for any future construction or additions to our home. I had many quotes from potential builders before deciding to go with Verlanders but most impressed with Chris and his knowledge of additions to homes and explained everything in detail if we had any questions he was happy to explain. These two men work was outstanding, there go over and beyond to satisfy the customer. They were there when the said they were going to be and there quality of work was unbeliveable. There attention to detailed was the best. I would recommend them to anyone and I will use them again!
