+ -1 moreThe lady that came out was nice and seemed very professional in asking relevant questions. However, she said it would take her 3 to 4 weeks to provide the proposal because she would have to send several people to look at the site. Some 10 days later she left a message saying they would not be able to do the job and provided a reference to another company. I was intrigued as to why they couldn't do the job or provide a proposal so I called her back to ask and she simply said that hill was too much for them. I thought that was remarkable, since the company's website lists fairly impressive credentials for all their employees. But another company I called (not the one they referred me to) they came up with a great plan easily.
Description of Work: Requested landscape estimate for renovation of a hill in the yard.

+ -1 moreKaren Kelly is the point person I deal with, she does overall good services. She is well know in the community for her knowledge in the business. She is a pleasant person to deal with and is a professional . The same work crew comes out every year.
Description of Work: They have been doing landscape for for us for the last ten years. They have a very good knowledge on plants and trees. They come out at least once a year for different projects.
