Description of Work: Got a Big Deal to replace ceiling fans in a few rooms of my home. Made an appointment for what I can only assume is a subcontractor to meet me at my home at 2:00pm. I get a call at 12:00 noon from the subcontractor telling me he was at my home and wondered if I would be able to meet him. I explained I was at work and made the appointment for 2pm as I needed to leave work after my meetings. He said he would come back at 2pm. I was able to get off from work early and arrived home at 1:40pm to wait for the person to arrive. When at 3:00pm I had not seen nor heard from the man, I called to find out where he was. He told me he had come by and left a card with the workers at my home. I explained that there were no workers at my home and I had been there since 1:40pm. Turns out he went to my next door neighbor's house. By this time I was getting quite upset as it is not easy for me to take off and meet people in the middle of the day. He said he would come back on Saturday to perform the work. He did come on Saturday and changed out a ceiling fan, light fixture and installed another ceiling fan. One of the fans did not come with the blades, had to be special ordered and would be in the next week. The light fixture was put in crooked. He said he would come back out to install the blades and adjust the light fixture. He stated quite clearly that he would call me when he had a job on my side of town so he could finish and fix the job he did. I am guessing that no one in the east end has needed work done since April by this company since he never bothered to call or complete the work. I ended up paying someone else to finish the work. |I started off by saying that I assume this was a subcontractor because in my experience people that work directly for a company tend to take more pride in their work, held accountable in the service that is performed, and have enough of an ethical and moral compass that they would follow up as this guy had given his word to do. |

Description of Work: I had Bruce come out and install recessed cans and a chandelier for our living room last week! We were so happy with his work, we will definitely keep this company's info stored in our phones for future electrical work! We're planning to remodel a few rooms in the spring and will call on them again! Very polite, clean, wore shoe covers and showed up ON TIME each time! We also bought the whole house surge protectors! Very pleased with this service!! I'll recommend this on our homeowner's association website as well!

Description of Work: They contacted me and setup an appointment, but no one showed up. I sent an email and the office staff called and apologized stating they setup the appointment but forgot to open a ticket for the technician. Setup another appointment and they did come and install our ceiling fan. The technician was professional and cleaned up the area when finished. I also set up another appointment to come back and replace our porch light and they did a great job. Will use them in the future.
