Seven Hills Electric

Bruce installed new receptacles on a wall of my bedroom that had none. I had requested them on the wall, but he determined that the walls weren't deep enough for the box, so he had to use boxes on the outside of the baseboard instead. He did a good job making them look as good as they could for not being in the wall, and he put them in a good spot just under the edge of the bed where they're out of sight but easy to reach. He also installed two light sockets in the crawl space on the same circuit. He installed a whole-house surge protector, and I'm very glad to have that. Bruce was professional and did good work. I will definitely call him again for future electrical work.

I loved having work done by this company! They were ahead of schedule, used booties to cover their shoes in the house, professional and very easy to work with. I purchased a deal for ceiling fans to be replaced. The scheduling of the service was easy (even with having to reschedule due to bad weather) and they did an awesome job. I will call them for any electrical work I need!

Before the installation, the electrician came to look at the room and give a consultation and estimate. He gave me the information I needed to purchase the lighting supplies and ceiling fan, which was a cost-savings for me. The morning of the installation, the same electrician came to install the purchased items. He hardwired the under and over cabinet lighting into the room light switch and the ceiling fan is hard-wired but operates on a remote, which had been recommended. James was pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable, and helpful with this project. He was great to work with.

Technician arrived on time after an appreciated courtesy reminder the day before the appointment. He provided a better fitting socket at no additional charge and provided a bulb (not normally done). The porch lights were also in need of repair and the technician was willing to go to the electrical supply store and pick up the parts without charging for the trip. I was only charged for the parts. He even supplied two flood bulbs, again without charge. I highly recommend Seven Hills Electric.

Seven Hills Electric was superb. They did exactly what I wanted them to do and he did it beautifully. He said I should have all my outlets done the way he did them, because of old aluminum wiring. Everything has been functioning quite well. He had to get the parts for that and I don't think he charged me anything for that.

They did an absolute wonderful job! Very knowledgeable and friendly. We will be having them out again very soon in the future for a few more projects. I highly recommend them!

They did a good job and they had spent 2 hours. They were on time and they did everything I asked them to do. They were fine. Their price was great because it's $149 for 2 licensed electricians.

The electrician was courteous and timely, did everything we asked him to do. I plan to use them again on some electrical projects for the home I live in. Very pleased.

We had a strange issue where it looked like a fuse was blown but none of them were tripped. Bruce came out at the specified time and managed to get the power on. Unfortunately the patch only lasted 2 days. Bruce came right back out and managed to quickly discover the root of the issue. We're very pleased with the work done, professionalism and knowledge demonstrated by the whole company. We'll definitely use them for more work.

Communication is great with this company. If you call the main line you get a receptionist that will help you schedule your appointments, and also has knowledge of the business. The contractor was on time and very professional and polite. He looked at the work to be done, and started right away. We ran to the parts store for a fan ceiling mount, and he continued to work on the switch that we wanted installed in a different room while we were gone. The mount that we purchased was thought to not work with our setup, so the contractor instructed that we needed to get a different one on-line, and call when it came in. They agreed to come back at no extra charge to finish the job once we had the part. After he left I personally got up on the ladder and started to mess with the configuration of the bracket and mounting ball/down rod (13' feet high and a 45 degree sloped ceiling). I figured out a way to make it work (without any modifications), and called the contractor back. He was there the next day and finished the job. He was very apologetic about the situation. He got it working and setup correctly per the manufactures instructions. Long story short we would use this company again for our electrical needs. While the electrician did make a mistake that cost us a little extra time, and me being up on the ladder they did make it right. Also they we not going to charge us more money when they thought we had the wrong parts. That type of customer service goes a long way. While they are not the cheapest we have found, sometimes you get what you pay for. This company is worth the little extra and not spending your time shopping around to save a few bucks.

That turned out fine. I had some lights installed in the living room. Just one electrician came out and it took him a little over 2 hours to do that. I was pleased with the service, but there was an additional charge compared to the deal that I purchased.

Punctual, professional service. I felt comfortable that James knew what he was doing. Would use them in the future.

They came on time, were very professional and friendly. We showed them some other things we wanted done later and then they got to work. They did a wonderful job and put the switch inside the closet like we asked. It was great to be able to display my tree in time for Christmas. It looked lovely!

James was fantastic. He was on time and spent time on the first visit figuring out exactly what I wanted to accomplish and offered professional opinions when I needed help deciding. He went above and beyond - for example helping me label my electrical box as he turned off circuits, etc. He has put up lights inside and outside of my house, as well as ceiling fans.

The electrician was very knowledgeable, patient and professional. Installed the two outlets efficiently. Was installing a lighting fixture I had purchased, but it would not stay level and could not be tightened. I will send the fixture back and try again.

there was an electrical shortage. it took the electrician a long time before he was able to determine where the break in the current was occurring. The break in the current was at a place that we least expected; it was a light that was still burning the circuit. The lights used bulks that became very hot and had burned the wires inside. At the recommendation of the electrician I changed the bulbs to one that did not get as hot.

The work was outstanding as well as the electrician. He was on time, very knowledgeable and profession. I am very impressed with Seven Hills and WILL most definitely use them again and also recommend to friends and neighbors.

James arrived right on time and ready to work. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will not hesitate to call Seven Hills Electric again in the future for my electrical needs. The price was reasonable and the work was excellent.

I enjoyed having Seven Hills Electric work in our home. I believe we found them via an Angie's List coupon. We called them because the lights in our kitchen and dining rooms were constantly flickering. They tried to simply replace a few breakers, but the entire backside of the box was rusted. So I called them back several weeks later and scheduled an appointment to replace the entire box. Their price was very reasonable. Replacing the circuit box took an entire day, and fixed the flickering lights problem. If we need an electrician again, I will definitely call them back, no hesitation. Friendly, professional, intelligent.

not good and I would never reccomend that company to anyone. You might want to tell him he needs to retu rn the items he charged me for and then took with him or I will see him in court. I am very hesitant to use your service again. This is why I used it to begin with so I wouldn't get taken. The time he said he came and left was wrong too that way he could charge me more!21.70 he charged me50.00 for 100 ft. of wire.......used14 ft.2" tookremaining wire with him. he charged me 24.00 for two siding blocks that i don't have he took those with him also he told me so he charged me 12.00 for22 ft. of wire and used14ft3" took the remainder with him. he charged me7.00 for14 ft and used 12ft 2" took the rest with him. He didn't use the materials my husband ppurchased and was going to use himself but died before he cou ld. I'm sure there were others I was charged for but couldn't prove. I told him it was for labor only as I already had materials.

Contractor showed up on time and did an excellent job all within 2 hours.

Installed a ceiling fan with light. Great service, very pleased.

Our repairman, Jim, gave us an estimate, and he stuck to it. He came back on time, when promised, and on budget. He also gave us helpful hints on various electrical issues at the house (built in 1971). He was slightly more expensive than another estimate, but we felt the quality was well worth it. We would gladly use Seven Hills Electric again.
