Overall, he met and exceeded my expectations. He even came in under his estimate as it didn't take as much time as anticipated.

The initial experience was not great, as they were over an hour late. This would not be a big deal, except this was a home we had just purchased, and we were dealing with things from out of state. However, when they did show up, they did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. We ended up having to hide a key for them, as they had to finish the job later in the week (when we were back in our old house, out of state). They stand behind their work, and have great customer service. A few weeks later, when we had moved in and were waiting for the Comcast cable installer, I realized that I did not know which RG6 line was connected to the main cable drop. I called Robert, and he came out immediately and explained to me (again) how everything was wired, so that I could explain it to the cable guy when he came to hook us up to the street. All in all, I would use (and indeed have used) this company again. Re-wiring 10+ outlets in an entire house for $1000 was a tremendous value, and allows us to not have to deal with flaky WiFi signals for things like watching NetFlix and media center extenders.
