MORE THAN GLASS

Mr. Frable came on a rainy day so I asked him to please remove his work boots at the door. He threw them down on the floor in an angry manner. He assessed the windows and told me that he would need to determine if the vinyl stop holding the glass could be found in his catalogs. He also broke a part of the wooden frame under the security button and told me to apply Elmer's Glue. I've waited for several days and called after no follow-up and I was told by the owner that Mr Frabill would "return my call immediately after lunch". I waited several more days and called again and was told that mr. Frabill was now on vacation for over a week. I spoke to the owner twice and finally asked why I couldn't get the information and was told that other people were in front of me. The owner, Mr. Overcast did not show any concern for follow up and then stated if you're unhappy you can go somewhere else. I was going to ignore the angry mannerisms of his employee until the owner displayed and indifferent attitude and refused to provide the promised information. I can not recommend this Co.

The technicians arrived on time. They were neat...left our house just as they found it. Installation was perfect. Windows look 100% better. We are pleased.

A very poor installation; the mirrors don't align with the display shelf. Also, the edge of the mirror was specified to be a machine radius edge, but mirrors with unpolished edges were installed. It took many months to get all the mirrors installed, and then they were still wrong. The company was given an opportunity to correct this along with the chance for some extra work, but the company refused to correct the installtion to comply with what was agreed to per the signed contract. (The owner of the business made this decision, not an employee). (The general contractor also said they would not work with this company again).

They worked with my insurance company and then took less than my insurance deductible. He even came out to my job to do the repairs. I think that this is a first class company.

Quality is subpar, door still won't close correctly, the magnet the company installed to keep the door shut is far too strong for a simple shower door, it takes a hefty pull to get the door open and it rattles as it opens because of the force it takes to get it open. The plastic piece on the bottom of the door (poor quality) fell off within two months. After-sales service is atrocious, did not return phone calls and finally called back two weeks later, got bumped around to several people to discuss the quality issues and the fact I need to pull hard on the door to open it, they told me it would take a while to break it in. Would not recommend this company at all. Biggest disappointment of all though, was they installed the door upside down because they had it listed as a left hinge and it needed to be right hinge.
