Mike Peele was a fabulous realtor. He made the process for a first time homebuyer really smooth, easy, and stress-free. He was organized, prompt, and thorough. He would drive by the house as it was being built and send us pictures via email of the house updates! He explained all the paperwork and helped us find the best deals. He is amazing!

This was our 2nd house that we have purchased with Mike Peele. The first one was purchased in 2009. A HUD foreclosure that luckily sold without any hitches. The 2nd house was a little bit of a story but we finally got it under great terms with the seller contributing most of the closing costs. This 2nd home buying experience has been a hectic one. We started about three months ago while out of state. Shopping for houses out of state is a pain but Mike did the best possible considering the circumstances. Mike would send us some prospective homes via email while we also were looking for places online. If we saw something we liked, we'd send a list to Mike, he'd check it out and if it was available, he'd drive over to the property for us, take pictures, and email them to us. We eventually got back into Virginia . A lot of houses were viewed and we got into, and out of, contract two times with houses due to reasons found at the home inspection or title issue. Those two houses were foreclosures so those can be hit or miss. MIke always kept his cool and assisted us the best he could. He was very fast at drafting up contracts and releases from contracts. We finally found the house for us and we closed in a record time of 10 calender days from contract ratification to closing (even with the 4th of July holiday in the beginning). VA home loan and Movement Mortgage. Mike was instrumental in helping us close in record time. My wife and I are expecting our 2nd child any day now and if not for Mike Peele, we may not have made it into a house in time for our new baby's arrival. Thanks Mike! We couldn't have wish for a better agent than Mike as we shopped for our first home. He was always responsive, punctual and thoughtful but not pushy when showing us the pros/cons of a house.
