got the door working but he could not program either the car remote or keypad, so I have to manually hit the button----inconvenient. pro--he came right away

They were pretty fast and friendly. They were quick to come out when I called them. They were accomodating to my needs. They came on a weekend. They were punctual.

Obtained estimate over the phone. they showed up early and were very professional. There was a problem in that the a light in the garage was in the way of the opener. They discussed the options and we agreed on how to proceed. They had to do a little more work to position the opener in the proper place. They did not increase the amount for the additional work.

I stumbled upon a local website that recommended companies that installed garage doors. I inquired about Jessco Door and within ten minutes received a call from the owner. He gave me an estimate over the phone to replace my 40 year old doors with insulated steel electric ones. He followed up with a visit to measure the doors, we agreed on the price and he put in the order. Two weeks later the doors were in. At approximately the time Johnny and Jim were due to show up, it started raining. I assumed, as with other companies, that I'd be getting a call saying due to the rain they wouldn't be here. But, a few minutes later, Johnny and Jim arrived and got right to work. These guys were amazing. They worked nonstop, sometimes in pouring rain, until the doors were completely installed and tested . They even agreed to install threshholds I had purchased elsewhere. These guys are professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.
