Interior Air was assigned to our job via our warranty provider AHS. Our first contact with them and their initial diagnosis seemed reasonable. Our warranty covered almost all of the repairs. Interior Air provided an additional list of items they were to replace that were not covered under our warranty including modifying duct work ($667) and a new line set ($422). They required that these additional items be paid for before any work would be done. They did not install any ductwork, but only taped around the new unit to the existing duct. They did not replace the line set, but only attached a dry filter at the end of the set. The installer also placed the new outside unit on an untreated 1"x4" board bridging the space a few inches above the ground. They told us just to throw dirt over it. We insisted that they use something else so we had to provide pavers out of our own yard. When we spoke to Jeff about the items not having been replaced, he sent a technician out who agreed with us and said Jeff would call us. He did call back, so after a week we reached out to him. He yelled on the phone at us saying that we did not know what we were talking about and would not return any of the money. We only share this so that you can be aware of their treatment of customers in case you are assigned them. They appear to not have any real web presence, so reviews on them are difficult to find.

This company gave us the complete run around and still got paid from the warranty company for a job they didn't do. They were assigned to us by the warranty company. First time they came out, they said our system was on thermal overload and they couldn't diagnose, disconnected our system, and left. Second time they showed up, it was raining and the technician said he couldn't diagnose because of the weather. Third time they showed up, the technician checked the outside unit and the thermostat inside the house. Technician told us our compressor was locked. He said the owner of Interior Air would contact the warranty company to order the parts.Needless to say, they NEVER called the warranty company to order parts, NEVER came back to fix our unit, and NEVER called us to update the status. In order to get them to show up each time, we had to harass the warranty company to get in contact with them. After 3 days of no contact with the company, we called the warranty company back for status. Interior Air gave them a complete different diagnosis/story from what they told us during their visits and what was written on the service ticket that they left with us. Then, they requested that the job be transferred to another company. Interior Air is not the well equipped and knowledgeable company that they profess to be. They are a quick scam HVAC company. They told the warranty company that they fixed a leak in my unit to get paid. They never fixed anything with my unit. The technician was always agitated when he showed up and was not enthusiastic/optimistic about the work getting done. I would NOT recommed this company to anyone who wants their AC Unit serviced/fixed in a timely manner and/or who's looking for honesty and professionalism.

This company was part of my home warranty so I did not have choice of provider and I paid a visit fee and do not know the full price. I was called by the contractor within 1 hour of requesting service with the warranty company. They scheduled to visit the next day. The contractor called 30 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on the way. He gave me a window of 11-3 and arrived before 11. The contractor was able to diagnose the issue within 5 minutes (needed 1 1/2 lbs freon). He had the supplies on the truck and the system was fixed in less than 30 minutes. so far so good! Beth

Spent more time on the phone, texting and running to his truck than working on the unit. Couldn't diagonse the problem but all of a sudden had a diagnosis so my home warranty company couldnt cover the problem and said it was pre existing condition and wouldn't have passed an inspection is what they told the warranty company. Probably broke the unit, becuase at least I had temid air now I totally hot stale air. Was in a hurry to take $75 dollar check but didnt tell you what a problem was, when asked he didn't know. Plus the guy showed up without any company logo or name. Stay away from these guys!!!!

We performed no service for this "customer". We did a diagnosis on behalf of their warranty company. Clearly there is more to the story. Wish the complainant would tell the whole story particularly regarding the timing in relation to the contract commencement and their alleged claim. Lastly, was the system diagnosed by another company before we received the dispatch and/or prior to the commencement of the contract? We have never had a direct conversation with [Member Name Removed]- just her husband [Removed Member Name] !! The warranty company makes the final decision on how (or if) to proceed since they have a contract with them. We believe your frustrations are mis-directed.
