Description of Work: We had bought firewood from this company in the past and were quite happy with the quality of the wood - uniform size and seasoned ready to burn. But this last purchase we were given very short logs meant for wood stoves in addition to fire place size logs. The wood was also quite green. We left the wood outside, uncovered this past summer to dry out and age and the logs that we got from this company are still quite difficult to burn and produce a lot of smoke. When I called the company to complain about the short logs (I was unable to stack them with the other logs, the owner was quite uncooperative and offered no remedy. When I suggested that she send the guy back to retrieve the short logs and replace them with the proper length, she became quite hostile. I will not be doing business with this company again and I urge anyone who does so to be aware that they will be over paying for unseasoned firewood that will smoke and not burn.

Description of Work: This company advertised firewood for sale in the classifieds. We ordered a truckload over the phone. It was delivered the following week.
