Description of Work: Ronny Gray is a great plumber. I had a water emergency, and Ronny came as quickly as possible. He will be doing my bathroom (new toilets and vanity). He has done work in the past as well. He is responsive, reliable, and price is always fair and reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone with confidence.

Description of Work: We had not used a plumber since we moved to the area, so called several when a pressure valve burst. Ronnie was the first to respond that he could come within a reasonable period of time (less than 24 hours on a weekend). After he took care of the leak, which was the result of overlooking the pump when we had a generator put in, he vacuumed ad nauseum to get up as much of the floodwaters as possible. He also advised us of couple problems with the generator installation and the condensate drainage for the furnaces. I don't recall for sure what he charged us but it was about 2/3 of what we had hoped for. He arranged to meet our electrician one evening to finish swapping over the pump to the generator, and while he was waiting, extended the condensate pipe for us, gratis. Very nice man and a terrific plumber.

+ 0 moreDespite the complicated nature of the job, Mr. Gray was responsive, reliable and professional, and we have been very satisfied with work.
Description of Work: We bought a new house and hired Ronnie Gray to renovate plumbing fixtures. This included supplying gas lines to gas fire places, replacing two bathtubs and plumbing a new washer/dryer on the second floor in addition to some smaller jobs. Scheduling was complicated because plumbing jobs had to be synchronized with other renovations (painting, carpentry etc).

+ 1 moreI worked with him in terms of getting it done right. He was very cooperative. He came back out and did not charge me until he started the work. He finally got the problem solved. He was fairly priced and he was very good. He runs the company alone. I have used him several times and he is as good as the other plumbers I've used. I will use him in the future.
