Frank and his crew did a wonderful job -- very efficient -- would definitely hire again..

Frank refinished the hardwood floors throughout the ground floor of a 1940s-era Cape Cod cottage that I'm using as a rental property. He was easy to work with and gave me a reasonable price. The floors look beautiful now (natural finish with two coats of polyurethane) -- never thought those old worn floors would ever look like that. Would definitely hire him again and would refer him to anyone looking to have this kind of work done.

I called; the gentleman called me back and told me he would that evening or the next day to set up an appointment. He didn't call. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and called again. He called me back and set up an appointment. A few days before the appointment, he called to tell me that his machine had broken down but he was still going to get the floor done in a few days. I have heard nothing since from him.

I am thrilled with the quality of work that was done. The foyer joins the family room where the new hardwood was installed, and it flows perfectly. You would never know the floors weren't installed at the same time. Frank is very knowledgeable and really helped me when I had questions, or was unsure about decisions that had to be made. He and his employees always showed up when he said they would, and the work was actually finished ahead of schedule. I would definitely use this company again!

They were great. I would refer them. I don't live in that area anymore. I don't have a house anymore, so I won't be using them again, but I certainly would refer them.

We had a lot of work going on at the same time, and he worked with us to get the floors laid when we needed and then refinished them on our schedule. This is the second time we've used this company and I highly recommend Frank's Flooring.

They sanded down my 20 year old hardwood floors and matched the color I wanted perfectly! I was very pleased with their work and how quickly they got the job done! I would definitely recommend these guys!

They came in and removed the floor and the padding cleaned and sweep the area. Then started replacing the floor with the new flooring. They arrived at 4:30pm and when they were done they moved all the appliances back and they cleaned the new floor be fore they left. The owner Frank came by that evening and check to make sure everything was to my liking so far. And then he called me in the morning to make sure I was happy with the service and work. I would highly recommend them to anyone that need a flooring installed.

Very professional work. Really liked what he and his team has done. Also I got a good deal through Angie's List and he gave a reasonable price for the area over the offer's limit plus the cost to replace molding strips and transitions. This process generates a lot of dust... Just be sure that you have all the areas properly covered. Our powder room was not covered properly so had lot of saw dust that we needed to clean up. See the picture, the floors look awesome. You can see reflection of the wall, doors, etc., that's how good the floor shines now.

Frank's Flooring has done two jobs for us. I purchased a coupon last year from Angie's List for 150 square feet of flooring. I had a hallway and a bedroom to do, so the square footage exceeded the coupon limits, but Frank gave me a good price on the remainder of the work. The work was done quickly, the workmen arrived on time and were very professional, and the floors looked great. Frank even made, at no charge, some minor repairs on a staircase where I had pulled up a carpet. There was one area on the floor with a minor issue--I don't remember now what it was--and one of the workmen returned promptly and took care of it. I asked Frank to come back this spring to do another bedroom floor, and he worked me in on a weekend because he had such a busy schedule. He gave me the Angie's List coupon price even though I was not aware it was being offered again. The same workman returned, and he was very patient and courteous as he explained to my husband, who likes to do handiwork, everything he was doing and why. This floor took a little longer because the quality of the wood was not as good as my previous wood, but it looks great, and we are very pleased. I have a third job (we do these floors as we have time and money); Frank was not able to do it in the time frame I needed, but I would definitely hire him again. He is very busy and you may need to follow up on the initial contact, but he is worth the wait.

Frank and his team did a great job on my floors and they look incredible. That said, however, Frank pressured me to pay him before the job was totally complete and I did because he seemed trustworthy. It's been more than a month and I have not been able to get Frank to come back to fix a couple small problems with the shoe molding that would take 30 minutes to fix, even after tipping him $100 bucks and his crew another $100. I would still recommend Frank, but caution you to not pay until the job is totally complete and you have had a chance to inspect the work.

They showed up on time, finished early and the floors are beautiful.

It looks great. Frank and his assistant did really careful, detailed quality work. They took the time to do the job right - even though couldn't have been a profitable job. I did a "deal" just to see how the floors would come out, or if it would help much. It does and I will have them back to do the rest of the floors.

The floors look great! Frank's flooring sanded, stained and sealed two the floors in two rooms that had been damaged by water. Frank explained everything they were going to do, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. They did a great job, and I would use them in the future. Their price was way better than others I had present bids, and the results exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them highly.
