I have not had reason to hire a flooring company in many years. When I started looking online it quickly became apparent that I would end up hiring a company/business that was completely unknown to me. I saw that Ferguson Professional Flooring was located in my town and that the company was managed by a local owner/operator. That gave me some degree of comfort. I called the telephone number shown on the website and spoke directly to the owner of the company, Steve Ferguson. Steve came to my home so he could see what I wanted done. He also brought along a couple of sample boards to show my wife and I what was available. Steve provided a quote to me the next day and we quickly agreed upon what I thought was a fair price...no haggling. The flooring and materials were delivered to my home that same week. The installers started work on Monday of the next week. I needed 1400 sq, ft. of engineered flooring. The installers did the work in less than two days. These guys were well-mannered and extremely hard workers. They took great pride in their work down to the smallest of details. In summary, from my first call with Steve until the last board was put down, my project was seamless and painless. Most importantly, the floor looks great!
