Evergreen educated me on my system and explained what their diagnostic tools we're testing for and what we should expect to see if it's ok or deficient. They finally solved my AC issues when no one had the experience or knowledge to do it properly. I decided to buy their 1 year maintenance plan as well.

This guy is smart and innovative. My problem needed out of the box thinking and he brought it.

A great first experience! Called on a Sunday evening. He came out quickly, assessed and fixed the problem. Showed us what the problem was and repaired it on the spot. We were were not charged weekend rates so the repair was very reasonably priced. I would absolutely call them again if we have a problem. Great experience!!

Steve came up with a clever way to solve the cooling problem at our church, that delivers the max amount of CFM, while minimizing cool air lost up the returns. Got the job done really quickly, and you could not tell they were there, after they left. We will have them come back in the fall to modify our heating ductwork. 11/6/19. Came back to connect bathroom heat ducts. Found damage to more ductwork and repaired it. Very reasonable price, and the ladies are happy.

Quick to respond and schedule a visit. Open and honest about pricing (was able to get some estimates prior to the diagnostic). Compared to my experiences with other companies, pricing is very fair. Arrived on time, and willing to come on a holiday as well! Communicated with me throughout his whole diagnostic and gave his true opinion about what what going on, didn't try to push more expensive repairs or replacement. Highly recommend, will be working with him again.
