Description of Work: Davis aeriated my yard for $60 and spread the grass seed that I bought for another $40. He was kind enough to do additional work that needed to be done so I paid him extra for that work. He is kind, shows up when he says he will and does what he says he will do - he is clean and neat. He also mows yards. This guy is very good.
