 + 0 moreDavid and Larry are awesome to work with. They were on time, responsive to emails and calls, and very respectful. They were diligent about covering the floors, taping off doorways, covering up blinds, etc to keep the mess as contained as possible. When they left, you couldn't even tell they had been there (except for the new looking walls and ceiling!) because it was so clean! The work was a bit costly, but that's often the trade off for skilled work. My dining room looks amazing now! I will definitely be using them again in the future.
Description of Work: Repaired cracks in dining room wall, repaired damaged ceiling and applied a full skim coat to ceiling.

 + -1 moreThey showed up on time. They were very friendly and introduced me to everyone who would be working in my house. They laid out plastic on the floors. They secured their work areas in plastic also. They did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves. They made sure I was pleased with the work before they left. Very professional. Great experience. Definitely recommend. I have used them on two separate occasions.

 + -1 moreIt was fabulous. They set up a virtual plastic encapsulated room around the repair area so that there was no dust. They were incredibly professional and personable and also very quick.
Description of Work: We had a water leak in the attic from the A/C. Serv-pro came in to do the demo. Colonial came in and re-installed the insulation and plaster board and also prepped for painting.
