Very well!!! Daniel G. was not only there quite quickly after being notified of the need for him, he was very kind and professional. He got my unit back and running quickly and even chatted with me to calm my nerves while he did. I’m a first time homeowner and it’s summer so I was freaking out. He calmed me right down and showed tremendous empathy. They are lucky to have such a wonderful employee!! The next time I’m in need I’ll be asking for him by name!!!

The work and the professional manner in which it was performed was excellent! Eric, Tanner and Lyle did an outstanding job. The crew was very knowledgeable, polite and clean. We have been using Bremac since 1990 and have always been very pleased with their service. Our last heat pump lasted 22 years because we purchased a service agreement that has Bremac come out in the winter and summer to check and service the heat pump and furnace. It is well worth it! Thanks Bremac!

Paid first bill, second bill required signature to a paper with no amount written in, and could not tell me amount. Third bill was paid at time of service. Had to call office for credit for first trip, since worker did not know what was wrong. Told them toilet was still messed up and not enough water pressure. I was asked if I wanted them to return. I said no, you had 3 chances. I received no paperwork for pump, as to warranty or anything. Not happy.

Very well. Bremac fixed the problem and our heat pump,is working now.

Great! The tech came out and did a very comprehensive check of the AC system and cleaning. I have used others in the past and had very mixed results. Excellent company and I would highly recommend.

Another HVAC company replaced the igniter on my furnace with a factory approved replacement . Shortly after, the igniter stopped working. They replaced the igniter again, and the same thing happened. When I called them again, they stated that they didn't know what else to do, and suggested I might want to replace the furnace due to the age. I finally called Bremac, who is a factory authorized dealer to see if they could help. Everett Williamson, who is the service manager came out and looked at my problem. He noticed the "factory authorized" replacement, as installed per factory instructions, was not aligned properly causing it to be too exposed to the flame, causing premature failure. Everett made two separate trips, spent several hours until he found the correct placement. I was very impressed with his willingness to stick with my problem until it was solved. The company as a whole is very nice to deal with, and I will be using them in the future for all of my HVAC needs. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !!!

I have got a service contract with them right now. After that, I don't think I will use them again.

Rep was very knowledgeable and professional. he spent a lot of time with me and was very prompt and attentive to all my questions. I researched this product and one other one and it was very close. However, in the end I decided to use another system this company did not offer.

Extremely well. The Technician diagnosed the problem quickly. Dismantled the gas backup heat burner, completely. Totally cleaned the unit, before returning the unit to service. Technician determined that gas burner had an incorrect fuel orifice for the propane gas being used. Fuel orifice was replaced with the correct orifice for LP gas, and unit returned to service at no charge to me. They had mistakenly installed the incorrect orifice at the time of the initial burner installation in February of 2013.

Showed up on time, very professional. Work was done neatly and a neat clean up.

Very prompt, professional, courteous, completely cleaned up everything and the system works great and runs much more efficiently than the original.

This company was referred to us by a friend and IT WAS A GREAT REFERENCE!! Wonderful. They say they have the best technicians with the new coolant. IT'S TRUE!! They really know what they're doing. They're very professional. Scheduled the job promptly and got it all done in one day and it's worked perfectly ever since.

This company was referred to us by a friend and it was a GREAT REFERRAL! The new coolant was soon to be a requirement, but HARDLY ANY of the other AC installers were willing to use the new coolant. They all wanted us to use the old coolant and old air conditioners. I absolutely believe their technicians were not trained in the new coolant. Bremac has always prided themselves on how well they train their technicians. They were willing to use the old lines and pump out the old coolant and use new coolant. We loved their work. It is clear that their technicians AND sales people really know their stuff. The air conditioner has worked perfectly ever since.

Excellent service both times. I have used them for an annual maintenance service and they have been to my house twice. The rate was reasonable for everything they service (see above.) The techicians arrive promptly, call before coming, and are courteous.

My mothers heat went out and it was cold, so I needed someone right away. I called Bremac about 9 AM and they said they would have someone out at 11:30 AM. The technician showed up on time and replaced the blower motor. The price was much higher than I expected, but I did not get an estimate as my mom needed the heat right away. It was I who hired Bremac, not my mother.

Technician arrived on time and was friendly. He took his time and did not appear to rush through the job. I was interested in what he was doing, so he talked me through much of the work. He even changed defrost cycle to a setting he thought would work just as well and reduce how often the system defrosts. He cleaned up after himself. I was happy with the service he performed and his attention to detail.
