Had a service done at my house today! Mr. Newcomb was polite, explained the service process, and followed up with his findings. I made a great decision on going with this company. I appreciated the text messages confirming my appointment, as well as the on the way call. I also appreciated such great service in a world where customer service is not important to most companies!! We had our Rinnai tankless natural gas hot water replaced after 16 years. Caleb from Blazer came out to replace it, he was professional and very informative explaining all the details and showed me the advancement the newer models which I wanted to see. We have been long time customers of Blazer Heating and Air. Todd was at our home today to tweak a thermostat and add a sensor. As all Blazer service techs are, Todd was very professional, competent and friendly. We’ve never had a bad experience with Blazer Heating and Air in their 24 years of service for us. Blazer has been our "go to" company & for the past 20+ years. We've contracted with them for most of that time & purchased at least 4 HVAC systems from them for our home & our rental properties. Having a service contract with them affords us the perk of nearly immediate service if something unexpectedly goes wrong, which is very reassuring. Joseph performed our semi-annual maintenance on our 2 HVAC systems with ease, professionalism and competence. He has been assigned to our account for the past 2 years, so is quite familiar with our systems, providing us with pertinent information regarding possible replacement as a proactive measure, which I appreciate.

We have been a customer with Blazer for 22 years. The servicemen do an awesome job maintaining our units twice yearly. Jon, the very competent serviceman we saw today, assessed our 12 year old unit and explained our options to repair or replace in terms we could easily understand and with no pressure sale. We are happy with the decision Jon helped us to make and are replacing the unit. We would highly recommend Blazer for any needs you may have with an HVAC system.

The appointment went very well. The agent, Johnathan, was prompt and very knowledgeable. He spent time explaining and answering questions about our old unit and the unit we bought. He gave us estimates and checked on availability of equipment on the spot. We were very satisfied with the service.

Have used Blazer for 15+ years and have always been completely satisfied with their service. This time they replaced my 15 year old Trane heat pump - fair price, arrived on time, responsive to concerns, took care to protect my rugs and carpeting, office personnel and technicians were professional yet personable. Good people to deal with.

I had used Blazer to install and service my HVAC units. I also had them do bi-annual service for several years. On my last service, I was told that in repairs to unit that was performing fine. Then, 2weeks later my thermostat goes out. While the service man was there, I looked up the part on the internet and it was $150. Blazer quoted over $600. This type of gouging is unethical. I am not an HVAC guy so putting it in myself was not an option. I am without AC in July so I had to go ahead with repair. I have cancelled my service agreement and will search for an ethical company going forward.

I have used this provider for my annual maintenance work for a few years. Right before I moved to a new home I asked them to do an full HVAC check on the home I was purchasing. They told me the system was very old (original to the home) and that there was a sligh chance it would make it into the summer. It didn’t make it through the first week after we noted in (first week of consistent 80+ degrees in April). Asked Blazer and another provider for estimates. Blazer came back a little higher than the other company. I let Blazer know this. They came back with another quote that included a more efficient unit at a slightly lower cost and a better warranty if I would maintain a yearly service plan with them for the length of the warranty (10 years). I agreed and everything was installed within a week. The thermostat acted up about two weeks after the install. They came out immediately and replaced it. I am very pleased with the whole job.

Called on a Monday morning and was scheduled for an afternoon service call. Tech arrived as scheduled, and found unit had no refrigerant pressure at all. Probable compressor damage from running dry. Given the age of the system (11 years) we decided to do a complete replacement rather than expensive repairs to both outside and inside units. Installation crew was scheduled a couple of days later and did a neat, professional, quality job. We could have installed a less costly system, but elected to go with one rated higher in efficiency. Blazer will get all of our future HVAC business.

They were able to quickly replace my 12year old ac unit

It was after hours, but since it was hot summer night, the technician came out right away. He located the problem soon and not only he fixed it but also made sure it would not happen again.

This time everything went fine. It was $.140 I think but whatever I paid was very reasonable for 2 cleanings.

Tech arrived and was polite. He charged me $79 after I infomed him I was an Angies List member I still had to pay the $79. I called the office and the lady said that she would mail the check back to me with VOID written across it if I gave her my credit card number over the phone for the $49 fee. I did that and as of today (6 days later) my check has still not come in the mail. The tech said I needed a new compressor so I asked if there was on in stock or it had to be ordered and how long it would be to order one. He said his office will have to call me. I told him I needed a couple days to get the money together (it was a couple thousand) and that I was trying to have it done by that Saturday. 4 days later I hear from the office asking if I still wanted it done. Well I could have sweated to death by then. I was actually looking for a return call on Friday but it didnt come until Monday. I realize ac companies are busy right now but was not impressed.

I paid for two systems. Matt did an excellent job, explained all information, we talked about checking the thermostat to digital to be made energy efficient.

Matt Rhea was our technician. He was prompt, professional, and personable. He informed us of the issues we had which lead us to getting a quote from Bill McEwen the next day. Bill was also very professional and personable. In the end we got quotes from other companies and went with one of them, but Blazer's response and inspection were awesome. We still highly recommend them.

Excellent. He arrived before time and waited til exact time. So very cordial and efficient.
