Description of Work: My wife dropped our Lawn mower off for repair. It basically wouldn't start, so we requested a diagnosis and repair. 2 weeks later they still had not fixed the mower. What we didn't realize either, is that unless you specifically tell them to call you with a quote, they'll fix the issue no matter the cost, and you'll be responsible. 2 weeks later they still had not repaired the mower. After several phone calls, we were finally told the mower was done. When we picked it up, The mower would not start. None of the stated repairs were actually done. I ended up ordering parts (Carburetor and kill switch) from Amazon, got them 2 days later, installed the parts myself, and now the mower works. |Run away from this company. Totally non-responsive to customers, and very shoddy work.

lawn mower repair
+ -1 moreI called this company three days in a row to try to get an estimate on replacing my lawn tractor engine. I was told on the first day that someone would get back to me shortly with a price. No one called and I called two more times and got answering service. Still no one called back. An odd way to run a business!
Description of Work: Would not even return phone calls.
