Description of Work: They took off old gutters and put new 6 inch gutters on the house. When they put the gutters on, there was an issue with one of the gutters not butting up to the siding of the house. The worker told me it had to do with the siding. He tried to fix it, but told me if there was any problem, to let them know and they would come back out. After the first heavy rainfall, the water ran down the side of the house. I called the owner of the company. It took quite a few phone calls and unanswered emails to finally contact him. Once, I actually talked to him, he sent his employee out to look at the work. The employee assessed the problem and told me he'd have to come back and fix the gutter and the siding. I asked if there would be a charge. He didn't think so. After, he performed the work, I received an email with a bill for $150 for the work. I was really shocked. I responded to the emailed bill and asked an explanation for the charge. He told me it was because it was a siding issue, not a gutter problem. I called him to try to resolve this, but was unsuccessful. I resorted to emails and would receive one sentence text messages. It was very difficult to resolve. We had another issue with a corner gutter where the water hit the gutter and bounced off. The owner said that the reason could be they needed to be cleaned. He never offered to come check it out or even clean it for a fee. I feel that he was essentially disinterested in/or too busy to take care of an existing customer. This is disconcerting as the gutters have a warranty through his company.

+ -1 moreWe had old gutters and downspouts, original to the home that did not carry the rain water like they should have. American Gutter Service sent a team of guys out to remove the existing gutters and downspouts, fabricate new seamless aluminum gutters and install. We were pleased with the professionalism of the guys and the new gutters look and work great!

+ -1 moreI called Russ at AGS early in the morning, within an hour Nathan from AGS arrived and put a patch in place. They scheduled to do the permenent job on Monday - arrived without me being there and did a great job (and a great price)! Thank you
Description of Work: Removed gutter, replaced crown modeling and replaced gutter + an extra trip to put a patch in place in advance of the actual work.

+ -1 moreI think if I had been outside to watch, I could have gotten a better job. The guys were mexican, and they worked very hard, but you could tell that they wanted to get in, and get out. If it's a simple straight forward job, I'd use them again, because they were able to get to me quickly, and get the thing done.
Description of Work: They did good work on the garage, but when they did the work on the deck, they had already drilled out the wood, before they figured out how to run the down spout, and had to "jerry rig" the fix. It looks ok, but not as good as I had hoped.

+ -1 moreProvided written estimate. Noticed two roof drain areas needing improvent to avoid future water damage. Performed the work within 2 wks of my signing the work order. Work done in a professional job and on time. Thought the price was reasonable for the amount of gutter work performed.
Description of Work: Added gutter "helmet" to my existing house gutters, cleaned out gutters and down spouts before installation of gutter helmets. Added a down spout and modified gutter drains in two locations.
